Dibble Plumbing

These people came to my house to repair the water main. They charged me $2550 which is very high compare with the nationwide rate but I am ok with it since every business are free to charge what they want or at least charge whatever they believe they deserve for their work. After the repair was done, I keep checking the watermeter from time to time and noticed it never stops. I thought it was normal but then a friend told me water meter should never move if there is no water running. Then one night I heard the same sound underground so that is when I realized the leak still there. I call the owner of dibble plumbing, Nick, who took several days to respond, what a lack of ethics and respect for his clients. He said that he can not repair anything again since the guarantee was over. Now I will have to hire another company to fix the piece of pipe that dibble plumbing could not fix properly. Now imagine, open a new trench again, destroy the landscaping that cost me $500 to repair, and all of this thanks to dibble plumbing. We are talking to a layer to file a lawsuit against this business.

It was perfect! They were on time, very professional, very prompt and gave an extremely good job. I will use them again.

$2,300 later, we still had a toilet that was backing up! When we called Dibble, they couldn't find our original work order, claiming we didn't have the recommended work done. After we emailed a copy along with a copy of the payment, they said we would have to pay them to come out and DO ANOTHER DIAGNOSIS, and that we would probably have to replace the toilet. We called Roto Rooter and had the problem resolved for $125 (who verified that there is no problem with the KOHLER toilet that we have.) The problem was a clog in the toilet elbow! While the line obstruction was eventually going to have to be done anyway at some point, that was not why they were called initially. I'm suspecting if we had them come back out, they would have tried to convince us to put in a new toilet. Also, they left a mess where they dug up the yard leaving lumpy soil, old pipes exposed, and trash. Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism, customer service, and work quality.

We are new to Tulsa and Mr. Dibble was recommended by a neighbor. Mr. Dibble is fast, reliable and contentious. He is our go-to plumber for ALL of our future plumbing needs. We will be recommending him to all of our friends in need of a plumber.
