Description of Work: Service man was very professional. He spent several hours trying to locate a problem. He fix the problem with only a basic service charge. Total AWESOME company. We used them before last year when our a/c went out. Please use this compamy!

+ -1 moreThey came out and looked at the house and then gave me a quote. I think I've had a maintenance agreement in the past with them. They seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I haven't had any work done with them yet, but I will probably chose them in the future when I need a furnace or AC. I've heard other people give them recommendations, I think they've been in business a long time and I think they are a good company.

Description of Work: I pay $149 for two visits a year. One in winter and the other in summer. They check out my system for any possible problems.

+ -1 moreOnce the decision was made to proceed, they showed up while I was at work and did it all. When the job was nearly complete, it was Friday evening and they stayed and worked until it was done, well past 7PM
Description of Work: I have owned my home for 14 years and spent the first thirteen burning up in the hottest part of the summer and freezing in the the coldest part of the winter. I bought a new system from Custom. Not only did they replace the system, but they reworked the vents, etc. so that what I bought was more efficient. I was impressed with the hard work these guys put forth to get the work done as quickly as possible. They were professional and courteous and even worked late on a Friday night to get things finished. My bills, both electric and natural gas have gone down considerably, almost 50%. We no longer are uncomfortable in the hotter monthes, and the ac doesn't run continuously as it used too. John Canfield was my salesman and did an excellent job of efficiently coordinating the install so that I was inconvenienced as little as was humanly possible. The guys cleaned up their mess, and left me a happy customer

+ -1 moreThey installed our heat and air system several years ago, and have performed the annual service on it ever since. We have a contract for them to come out 2 times a year and service the heater or a/c for maintenance. The units we have come with a 10-year parts and service warranty as long as the maintenance is done. Since we keep up the annual contract, this service call was no charge. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreWe had a frozen pipe in a bathroom toilet after a very cold night. I called Custom because I was a previous contract customer, and they were able to send a plumber that afternoon. It was not an easy job, and took more than 4 hours to repair. Mark was very through and took great pains to not do any more damage to our home than was totally necessary. Because of the very cold weather, I was expecting a delay in coming out to our home, but they were very cooperative under difficult conditions. Cost was a little more than I expected, but I was more than pleased they responded to my call so promptly under adverse weather conditions, and price was not important to me. I will call them again if I need plumbing work.
Description of Work: Went under house to locate leak, which he then determined to be up in the wall behind a toilet. Mark had to remove bathroom baseboard and toilet and, with some real effort, was able to fix the leak without cutting into wall and wallpaper. He had to go to plumbing supply store for parts in awful road conditions. He replaced toilet and baseboard, and cleaned up as best he could before he left.

+ -1 moreThey are a very professional employee-owned company. They all seem to take great pride in their company. We had used them at our previous home too. They are the ones who have installed our unit. We pay for something like a service agreement where they come out twice a year and service for heating and air. If we need them for any other reason we don’t have to wait in line, we get priority treatment. They also come out in the weekends without any extra charge. I think we get a 20% discount with them. They come out twice a year and we pay them once. We are happy with them.

+ -1 moreThere were leaks in the line amongst other things. I think the air conditioner was only a few years old. They did a good job, cleaned up afterward. They came in the hottest part of the summer and attempted to fix it. They came back the next day and found what was wrong, fixed it.

By the way, I had not mentioned on the phone that the filter needed replacing. He was professional, pleasant, cleaned up after himself.
Description of Work: 3 leaky faucets repaired, in-line filter of fridge replaced- which he had to go & get & 1 more repair I can't remember.

+ 0 moreHot water heater pilot would not light. Called them at about 7 am. They called back right away and said the plumber would be there before 1:00 pm. He came about 9:30. He was very polite and efficient, made the repairs in less than 15 minutes. Gave me some tips on draining water heater.
