Description of Work: This guy has signs on some corners around East Tulsa (Garnett and 21st, for example). I called him and he said his price was $75 for 5 rooms, $99 for entire house. Gave good speel on phone and on answering machine when I called back to make an appointment. Despite the fact that I called him 2 or 3 times, he never returned my calls. One time I called and he said he was at farmer's market and would call back in an hour to get my details, etc., which he never did.
