Paul and Rose showed up (on time) to provide estimate for the job. Both were very courteous and professional. Estimate was fine and work was scheduled. Paul and Rose arrived first (after calling ahead) and the crew arrived (also after calling ahead) on time and the work started. It should be noted that upon arrival of the crew they introduced their selves before doing anything else. Work was completed in a timely manner with no fuss or muss, just like you want it to happen! We will have them back for any of our carpet needs!

I cannot say enough about this company. They were fantastic. Paul came and gave estimate. They on time. The guys were so nice and professional. Our carpet looks like new. They worked especially hard. There were cleaning processes I did not know about. I can,t thank them enough. It took about 5 hours.

Service not needed in the event.

They cleaned and stretched all of the carpet in our house. The carpet was about 6 years old and had never been cleaned. It looks like new now. The day before the scheduled cleaning we had a minor leak. It was "minor" because I luckily found it immediately and turned off the water. I called them mid-afternoon and they were able send out a water extraction crew after they wrapped up the job they were on. They did a great job on the extraction and replaced the pad under the carpet that had gotten wet. All of their employees were very professional. I will definitely use Carpet Renovations in the future.

They did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous and on time. We were very pleased with them. Their price was very reasonable as well.

I thought they did a good job of patching; it's near seamless as far as what they did. They did a good job at the steam cleaning as well. The person who came was very nice and did a good job at cleaning up after himself. He made sure the job was done professionally. It seemed like a decent price and they scheduled me in about three days. The guy was very punctual; they gave me an hour window and he was here within that hour.
