Description of Work: Overlay concrete with two colors. Added sealer to enhance the colors and protect from the elements. Went well. Had to work around both cool weather and rain.

Description of Work: Paul told me that they would have my sidewalk completed by the last week in April of this year. On April 30 of this year, I sent them an e-mail and received a call. I understand we had a lot of rain, but that is no excuse for not keeping in contact with your customers. I sent them an e-mail about a week ago that I would not do business with anyone that treated their customers like that. That day we received a call from them wanting to schedule the sidewalk. This is three months after it was due to be completed! They can argue or dispute anything I say, but there is no substitute for the truth!

+ -1 moreWe'd had work in our current house done by the Kirklands and were very pleased with the look, the quality and the price. Where other concrete staining people we'd spoken too warned that things like carpet nail filling would show through the stain, the process they use is different involving layers and a resign of some kind that is just as hard or harder than concrete. (Having already dropped a few cups on it, I can attest to the hardness with no damage) As we are building a new (And last) home we were glad to use BA Concrete Designs again and did nearly our entire down stairs with there product. The kitchen looks like roman paving stones have been laid down through out and it look fantastic. It does take time that the floor can not be used, 2-3 days, but even in our own home previously it was worth the inconvenience. Terry and Nicole Kirkland (The owners) are very kind, professional, and helpful. Answering all questions and even coming back to touche up any spots that get scratched. While moving our fridge back we scrapped a spot with the dolly and they've returned to repair it at no cost. It's been a pleasure to do business with them and have and will recommend them to anyone looking for concrete overlay done.
Description of Work: Concrete stamping in a new build home in the kitchen, living room, and master bath. A Roman paver design in the kitchen that looks just like real bricks were laid. A slightly textured surface in the living room and a "flag stone" for the master bath. (looks like big stone set into the foundation)
