Description of Work: They replaced the front windshield on my 2010 Toyota Venza. They came to my house and replaced it in my garage, which was convenient. I thought they would call before they came, and I called their office repeatedly during business hours that morning and there was no answer. They weren't late, and maybe it was a communication error that I thought they would call first, just wish they were better about picking up the phone during business hours.

 + -1 moreService tech was extremely professional, and courteous. He was there on time and completed the work quickly. He thoroughly cleaned his work area, and even explained how the previous installation (by another unknown firn) had caused issues. I would highly recommend this company!

 + 0 moreContacted Binswanger through the insurance company who handled most of the details. Arrived at the specified time, was delayed about an hour due to delivery confusion but when installed we still left almost at the expected time. Work was complete, instructions thorough
Description of Work: Replaced windshield in 2005 Prius. Service was timely, only a bit delayed because of a mix up about when the part was to be delivered but not a great inconvenience. Extra information about "breaking in" the new windshield and, most important, possible problems in the future was outstanding. Guarantee was "lifetime" as well as free fixes of smaller pits if they occurred. Good service, well informed and very helpful folks. Not looking to break any more windshields but they would be my first choice in the future.
