They showed up and finished the primary work in under 3 hours. There was some minor wood rot in the facia board, which they replaced at no additional cost, and it was done very well. These guys were great!! Very professional and friendly service, too!

.We had to wait a few weeks for work to begin, as the company had many other jobs booked before us. When our turn came, all went quickly, with the entire job taking three days. And what a difference it all made to the appearance of the home! Before it looked tired and run down, but now it looks fresh and 'put together'. The colors match the brick perfectly and dispense the rain away from the foundation just as they should. The owner became a friend who seemed to really care about our home as we do, this even though he is very busy. We took many bids, but his were the most reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the results. There was no mess left behind and that is good, but NOTE: After they were gone, I did wish that I asked to keep some of the old seasoned wood to use for my some craft projects. By the time I thought of this, though, everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Oh, well.

My husband & I were pleased with their service. The price was better than other estimates. We had to call them back a few times, but they responded within a reasonable amount of time. We have dogs and we needed to be sure we had them inside for them to be able to come in the yard. Richard & his crew were very professional. I would recommend them.

Very very disappointing. Nice people with a good price, but work was very sub-par. Ordered white gutters but they failed to bring the right elbow joints to the house, so the installer proceeded to use tan elbows that he painted white with a can of spray paint. Luckily I was there and put a stop to that and insisted they bring the proper elbows with factory applied paint. The owner had to come back twice to get the proper elbows installed and then tried to cut corners on one because he still didn't have the proper materials to complete the job. I ended up finishing it myself. An 80 foot run of gutter on the back of the house is very rippled on the back and doesn't lay flush against the house. It looks lousy. Find another gutter company if you care about quality.

The written estimate I received was very detailed with drawings, what materials and how much those materials would cost and an estimate of cost both with and without leaf guard. After clarification on a couple of issues and I requested that the company perform the work. Due to their current schedule they would not be able to get to the work for a week. The plan was to replace 2 "runs" of guttering that had holes in it, reconfigure the guttering near the front sidewalk and front porch to eliminate the downspout that was previously there, add diverts on the roof in 2 separate areas to direct the water flow into gutters, place leaf guard in all gutters whether old or new and reattach downspouts to patio gutters. The size of the guttering was also increased for better flow and drainage.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF GETTING TO MY HOME AT AN OBVIOUSLY BUSY TIME FOR THEM. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND THE NEW GUTTERS LOOK GREAT. THE NEXT STORM WE HAD THEY HAD NO TROUBLE WITHSTANDING THE WIND AND RAIN.
