Smooth transactions.
Description of Work: I had a burnt up overhead motor. I called and asked some information. They gave me a couple options. I waited until I got home and opened a service call online. Was able to schedule the weekend of the same week which was nice. On appointment day, I did not hear back, so I called to verify. Chuck called a little after the appointment time to let me know his location but was on his way. Once here, Chuck came gave me some options and pros/cons of them. I picked on from we have had available on his truck. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, went high level through the options of my model and also the add-ons that could be bought. He mentioned they file for the wty for us. Warranty repairs, etc. only need to call their office and they will handle from there. Seems like solid service.

Description of Work: One of the springs broke on garage door. I called Assurance and they had someone at my house in less than 1 hour. I had both springs replaced since they were both 10 years old. They checked the door and opener. He explained what to look for as the door ages.
