A subcontractor who hired day laborers, not actually employees, were sent to do the job. The day laborers were left unsupervised in our home to do the job. We overpaid and received poor quality craftsmanship in return. They broke tile that was meant to be reused, and compensated with uneven lines. There is grout that is unfinished, and tiles beginning to come up. The owners have refused to repair anything on advice from there attorney, apparently. Very sad.

From our first conversation to the final inspection, Tyler and his team demonstrated trustworthiness, professionalism, thoroughness, and above-and-beyond care. Apex handled every aspect of this job with a proactive stance that meant I could relax and trust that everything would be delivered as promised—which it was, to the letter. Impressive on every level.

After learning that a hailstorm had damaged our roof, we contacted Apex through a recommendation from a friend. We received a total of three bids from three different companies and we chose Apex after meeting Tyler Ward. He was friendly, personable, down to earth, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He did everything he said he was going to do and more quickly than we had expected. He was present during most of the work on the day of the replacement and kept us informed when they found anything anything unexpected (some damaged decking boards were discovered during demolition.) Tyler was very knowledgeable and worked with our insurance to make sure they covered as much as could be. He showed up with his crew early in the morning on the day we scheduled and the entire roof was done in one day! We had expressed concern for our landscaping and they were true to their word and protected it very well. They were thorough in their clean up procedures as well, leaving barely a trace that any work had been done other than a nice new roof! We would definitely use Apex Roofing and Exteriors again and have absolutely no reservations about recommending them to anyone who needed similar work.

I had a great experience with Apex roofing. I had them inspect my roof the day after a big thunderstorm came through and I can’t say enough how refreshing it is to work with someone who shows up when they say they would. Luckily I did not have any roof damage this time. They walked me through the process of the inspection and I really appreciated the honest and open communication and I was not out a dime for the inspection. Next time I am worried about my roof, I will definitely call on Apex again. I would definitely recommend Apex to anyone looking for a roofing service with integrity.
