A-PRO INSPECTION SVC

AMAZING! This is my second time using A-Pro's services and both times Garrett was excellent and thorough. My initial purchase was a $350K home, this time it was a $1.5M home and property. In both cases Garrett provided a level of service that out ranks 5 stars. Regardless of size, both homes were given an in-depth inspection like no other. No sight was left unseen, he knows our homes better than we do now. Garrett received my call on Monday and was able to line up the termite inspector, septic expert and well expert to accompany him to the home/property on Wednesday. The report was completed and in our hands with in 3 business days. Garrett is able to find the issues and give advice on treatment as well - He does not just leave you with a list of things that are wrong. He goes into detail about what the issues are and exactly what can be done to rectify them. It is the kind of list you can give to a contractor as a punch list and they wouldn't even have to think on how to solve the problems, just do the work indicated in the report. The report you will receive is usually 20 - 35 pages long, depending on the property size and issues - and the information is so helpful that I recommend keeping a copy with your home warranty and repair manuals. I can't say enough about the excellence of the service provided by Garrett (the A-Pro) owner. Punctual, professional and an inclusive pin point inspection - He misses nothing!
