intial call was great tint seems to be good quality here are the problems i had 1 they dont tell you you're car or truck will be taken off site 2 a pretty important piece from my back window was not put back in place 3 dropped my truck off with an appt at 645 was not ready until 430 4 when my wife and i come in to pay we stood in the lobby for 10 mins waiting when there was a guy sitting in a chair 15 feet from us they never said anything i was going to send my son in for tint but will not reccomend just not good service guys

I was very impressed with how polite and nice they were. They answered all of my questions. They got the work done within the time frame they promised. Everything was exceptional.

Our Car had many dents from a hail storm and A1 Auto body stepped in and took the car and made it look brand new! The job was done in a timely matter and professionally handled by their knowledgeable staff. I could not be happier with the finished product!

I went in for the estimate, $750.00. They ordered the parts, came in a week, but I needed my car that week so rescheduled the repair for the following week.They had my car 2 days, as they said, and did a wonderful repair, The estimate was the final cost. Looks like new. They completely detailed my car inside and out. Really nice surprise!! They are wonderful to work with. Courteous and punctual with repair. I would definitely use them again. A-1 Auto Body performed the job in the agreed upon time frame, looks like new and before I picked it up they detailed the truck inside and out. I highly recommend these guys.

They had some personnel problems but kept me updated weekly( thank you very much). When they started work it took about 10 days and when I picked it up I was amazed. The fit and finish were excellent and the paint matched perfectly which was no small matter as the car is pearl white! Still amazed. You can't tell it was ever damaged!

It went well. They did what they said they were going to do and in the amount of time they said it was going to take. Their price was average.

They did a good job on the work and were able to do it pretty quickly. They did a poor job of cleaning up after themselves. The car also had a chemical smell for a few weeks afterwards from glue or something used.

I had another fender bender (again, the other person's fault, but this time they stopped) and requested to go to this shop again. The other driver's insurance had worked with their shop before, liked their work, and was happy with my choice. They repaired/replaced everything in the quote I'd received, worked well with the rental agency, and were good about communication. The car took a little extra time in the paint shop, so they had it a couple more days than I'd planned, but they were good about letting me know that it was taking more time and then letting me know when it was ready. The office staff there are always friendly, polite, and seem to really know their business. I'll keep recommending them and keep using them as long as the other doofuses on the road keep dinging up my car.

Was in a hit and run - I was the one hit - and went through my insurance for repairs. They gave me the quote, explained everything thoroughly. Were very willing to work with me as far as schedule and budget - the accident was right before Christmas and was poor timing as far as us coming up with the deductible. Very friendly and personable. Very professional. Good communication too - they called when it was going to be a half-day late and explained why. They worked well with my insurance, the rental company, and I am very pleased with their work.

THEY DID A SENSATIONAL JOB ON FIXING MY CAR AFTER I GOT INTO MY ACCIDENT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY TO ME AND EVEN OFFERED TO CHECK THE FLUID LEVELS IN MY CAR FOR FREE.

THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE IN MAKING SURE THE JOB GOT DONE RIGHT, BECAUSE THE LAST BUSINESS I WENT TO DIDN'T PUT VERY GOOD QUALITY GLASS IN MY CAR. THAT IS WHY I HAD TO GET THE WINDOW REPLACED AGAIN.

THE BODY WORK WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY. WE HAD TO TAKE OUR CAR BACK TO THEM SEVERAL TIMES, AND THEY STILL DID NOT FIX IT PROPERLY. WE ENDED UP NEEDING TO TAKE OUR CAR TO ANOTHER BODY SHOP TO GET IT FIXED THE RIGHT WAY.

THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY. I WAS VERY PLEASED THAT THEY PROVIDED A CAR FOR ME WHILE MINE WAS IN THEIR SHOP. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY AT GETTING THE JOB DONE IN A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME.
