These are some of the best movers that I have ever used, and I have moved a lot. They were professional and took good care of everything that they touched, including wrapping up the furniture. I will be calling them back when it is time to take my stuff out of storage.

The company was very nice as far as customer service over the phone. I originally scheduled a move and had to reschedule at the last minute and they were very flexible with me and worked me into another day. The movers arrived and were very professional, however, I was surprised that they wanted to move my television and some other items in my vehicle instead of theirs. That was not a big deal though. The movers were very tired by the end of the move. It ended up taking four hours. I totally understand that they were tired, however, they ended up leaving a lot of small items at my old house that I ended up having to move myself. Nothing big, but the small items added up and ended up taking me several trips to move on my own. They also did not put a mirror back on one of my dressers and I had to do that on my own. Being a small female, the mirror was kind of heavy for me to put back together but I managed. I just felt that the crew should have made sure that what they put back together everything they took apart. I feel that for the price I paid ($104/hr) I did not receive the service that I should have. They were not horrible by no means but they were not top notch either. They did the minimal and that was it. I will probably not use them again just because there were better prices out there and if I'm going to get average or minimal service, I might as well pay minimal or average prices.

Movers didn't call to tell us they would be late until they were already 45 minutes late. They were less than energetic. We had to pay a 2 hr minimum for a 30-45 minute job. It would have been a 2 hr job if they had arrived on time. We had already unloaded most of the items before they arrived. Have used other movers (Little Guys) 3 times recently w/ great results.

I have used them three times total. They worked like beavers and they were making me tired just watching them. They are right there when they say they will be. They didn't mind at all when I made changes to the plan we originally agreed upon. The change in price for my changes to the plan was negligible. They were very professional and I didn't feel like I was paying them enough.

Overall, the move was handled in a friendly, professional manner. The owner came in promptly after our call and thoroughly went through the do's and don'ts of packing and gave usWe really liked the way they kept in touch before the move and helped with boxes they let us use without charge. On moving day, they were prompt, professional and everything went smoothly. Our new house had newly painted walls and wood floors. They didn't leave a mark. They came in on budget and we really felt they were terrific.

They were a complete nightmare, though I had used them in the past with good results. I explained when I called to schedule the move that 1) I had a lot of furniture, 2) the apartments in my complex are very large, and 3) the freight-size elevator was located across the parking garage and was quite a walk. I told them that I was not concerned about how long it took. Still, the company had scheduled them for 2 moves that day, and they arrived later than expected (and I was the first of the day!). One of the guys was nice, quiet and hardworking. The other was loud and obnoxious and kept asking me for drinks and snacks. Around 1 pm, the not so nice guy told me he was irritated with me, "and this needed to get going" because they had another move that day and he had plans for the evening. um, not my problem, and horribly unprofessional. that's when they decided (without my permission) to start using the dolly to haul my furniture down three flights of concrete stairs, clunking and damaging most of it along the way. i had just re-done my guest bedroom and they nicked every piece of furniture. the company never responded to my repeated requests for repairs or reimbursement, and i expect the mover "lost my claim" on the way back to the office. i used them twice before, but i will NEVER use 2 Fellas and a Big Vehicle again.

Very, very slow. I was quoted a 7 hour move, based on the size of my house. I was not told any specific requirements, regarding what must be packed and sealed and what they would not move. The young men were polite, but very slow. They discovered they left their dollies at the old house, when they arrived at the new location. We retrieved the dollies for them. They made a second trip, to finish the move and then discovered when they arrived at the new location, that they forgot an outdoor slate table and had to make a third trip. They had been reminded to get the table, at least 3 times each, within the last 10 minutes of finishing loading. Several things were damaged. I found the company unsympathetic, regarding the excess time the move took or the damaged items. The young men were very nice and polite, but I feel they were too inexperienced to handle this move. I did not find the company to be cooperative, regarding taking care of the damaged items.

The job took a total of six hours to load and unload. The movers were friendly and polite also very quick to assist in anything we needed. The rate was seventy dollars an hour but it was well spent. These fellows would get my recommendation any day.

This was one very reliable and dedicated company to use for moving. They were extremely careful when moving my more valuable furniture and everything arrived at my new home in perfect condition. I will definitely use them again if I have to move.

By gosh, they did not break a single thing or lose anything. That made me very impressed. It was well worth every dime spent. I thought they were just great and I have no reason to complain. Everything turned out just as I had planned, maybe even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great! They showed up on time and completed the job in less than 3 hours. Very careful with our belongings and very professional and polite. I definitely would use them again.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS COMPANY TOOK SO LONG TO COMPLETE THE WORK. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD. THEY ARE POLITE AND DO GOOD QUALITY WORK. THEY JUST TAKE TOO LONG.

THIS COMPANY CALLED ME BACK, SHOWED UP ON TIME TO MOVE ME, AND DID A GREAT JOB. I HAD ACTUALLY TRIED TO CALL OTHER COMPANIES, AND NO ONE ELSE CALLED ME BACK. I'M A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER WHO DOESN'T HAVE ANY BROKEN FURNITURE.
