T & R Construction

We requested a quote from T&R Construction. Tim responded immediately, set up an appointment; was on time and very professional! Gave us as much information as we wanted and is submitting a quote. We contacted 3 other companies through Angies List and have yet to hear back and it's been 3 days! Thank you Tim for your promptness! The Blooms!

They had trouble answering the phone. When I talked to the rep. he said it was too small of a job and they were booked out 7 months. really?

They NEVER even tried to contact me after all this time. Great customer service.

I love Tim, Kyle and Cody. After a long process a neighbor recommended them and now I will never use anyone else again. This is a family business and these guys are the best. Their attention to detail is awesome. They gutted my home and re did every single room. I have a brand new home now that I love. If I didn’t like something, they made sure to find or get exactly what I wanted. I’m probably considered difficult, but these guys are professionals. If they weren’t good they wouldn’t be booked out, definitely worth the wait.

Didn't hire....Bid was not detailed enough to submit to insurance company

I went thru 6 other contractors before I found T&R. They built my neighbor a large shop and I was having problems finding some one trustworthy and dependable. They gutted and re-modeled my entire house, new windows, doors, added a pantry, made my master bath bigger. I now have my dream kitchen. I will NEVER use any company other than T&R Construction. These guys are the best. The quality and attention to detail is impeccable.

I guess I had a different idea of what I wanted so didn't go with them.

Tim and crew did an amazing job. We weren't very organized about what we wanted and they were able to make excellent suggestions. We're extremely excited to have a nice new bathroom and we'll definitely go with them next time we need a remodel.

I wanted two separate projects. We wanted them to do some work in our kitchen moving one of the base cabinets and the refrigerator. and then another one was to build a rood over our small patio. His bids were inline with the other bids I received. when he was here he didn't seem all that professional. he did some basic measuring, but when he gave me an estimate there was nothing written down. He didn't break out labor, materials or parts for the job. labors materials or parts of the job. the impression i had when he was here was everything was off the cuff. I realize he got good reviews on Angie's List, it's why I called him. If he took more details notes and measurements and asked more questions about exactly what I wanted. We stood in the kitchen and backyard and talked about it and he didn't write anything down.

Never got any drawings or even written estimate just a quick quote over the phone. Could have gotten a lot more from other people for no $$$.

Showed up and called several weeks later and we returned call but left message. Couple of weeks later got a verbal quote and requested email as we had requested a the time job was shown and requested. Several weeks have passed since then no email. I guess too busy to send written quotes and design.

It went better than expected. Tim and his crew worked to ensure everything met our expectations. He was always willing to take the time to go over our various options and explain the pros and cons. We were very pleased and will definitely recommend him to our family and friends.

The work went great! Tim, Kyle, & Cody are hard working gentlemen who pride themselves in a job well done. We were very impressed with their advise, competense and job performance. The house turned out beautifully and was sold before the job was completed. Thanks you so much for a job well done! I will definately be using T & R Construction again!

Tim and his crew were prompt, clean and did an amazing job on our master bathroom! That room needed a lot of love (read: a complete gut and remodel) and the guys got it all done. It is wonderful now. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the results. We will be hiring Tim and his boys again soon for some other work that the house needs. Highly recommend!

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job making our bathroom vision come to life! We designed and purchased a majority of the materials ourselves. Very professional and personable. Even the dogs like them! A huge plus is how clean they were. They always laid down tarps to cover the walkway from the front door to the bathroom, kept the construction area tidy, and most visitors didn't even realize there was construction going on in the house. We greatly appreciated how Tim always kept us informed about everything. A+ for sure!

It didn't, as previously stated I received no estimate as requested nor any response since that time. Received a call today requesting that I change my review or face legal action. I reviewed the information and it is correct and my review stands. The other company the owner spoke about is not listed on Angie's List and as I used this service to select a company it could not have been this other company.

The company is family owned and owner and sons are only employees at this time. Work was done on time and was absolutely excellent in every way. My entire family was overjoyed. Cannot speak more highly of the job done or the family that did it.

He said he was very busy but would get back to me in the fall. As of 2/17/15, I have not heard anything from them. I have since found another contractor who arrived & completed in < 2 months.

They're friendly and professional. I would use them again in the future.

Tim was prompt and very good about communicating with us. He was also very patient. The new pantry he created is a wonderful. We'll definitely call him when we're ready to tackle other projects.

Responded promptly to request for estimate and gave a verbal quote at the time but never followed up with a written quote. Said it would be "3 or 4 weeks" before he could get to it but I never heard from him again except when I called. I called after four weeks and was told it would be "week after next" then when that time passed I called again and he said he would be there the next day, so I really had to rush to drain the pool down far enough for him to work. He showed up on time and did the work which seems to be fine. I am not happy that the dark grey grout on the patio looks like a very light grey while the same grout on the pool tile looks dark grey even when it is dry. Tim said it was calcium leaching out and would go away after 2 or 3 weeks but 6 months later it looks the same, even after snow and rains and washing down with a hose. When I complained about the looks of the patio Tim said that he put the grout in that he was supposed to so it wasn't his fault it didn't look like the right shade.

Everything went well except the price sometimes changed from the original estimate, probably due to me adding things, but some items were not itemized on the original quote and price was a little too high. otherwise he was a very good contractor. There was a lot of work to be done, and it took about 2 months. Would probably use him again.

Their bid was lower, and it was quick. I got their bid back within two weeks. They were the first one to send me a bid back. Everybody else bid pretty much the same week and just took forever to give it. As soon as I called, he came out and did the estimate like the day off almost. So, it was that quick. Then, they got back pretty quick. I would use T & R.

We could not have asked for a better contractor. Tim and his crew were always professional and courteous. If we had a question he always responded in a timely and positive manner. Poor Tim had a few extra headaches due to the mortgage company, but he never gave up and remained patient and committed to providing us with the best service possible even before the work began. I would recommend Tim to anyone. In fact he has our contact information and we have told him that he may give out that information to prospective customers who want to get a reference on Tim. In the future when work needs to be done on our home we will be contacting Tim.

Tim was "johnny on the spot" and made us feel as though we were his only clients. He was patient with our indecisiveness and a great resource in how to handle the unexpected. Most importantly, Tim worked within the amount of money we had to spend. I would recommend him highly, and would trust him with any job.
