Awesome!! Ken is the best. I would recommend him for any job. I live in Maryland and was purchasing a home -- sight unseen -- in Oklahoma. I found Ken on Angie's list because I wanted to make sure that the home inspector was working for me. I had purchased a home in Maryland using the inspector suggested by the realtor and pay quite a bit for it later to repair items that were missed. Ken performed a through inspection and provided me an itemized report complete with photos and detailed descriptions of any defects he found. Since the only images I had seen of the home were from the listing, Ken even included additional photos of the interior so I had a good idea of what I was purchasing. After providing me with the report, he called and spent quite some time going over every aspect of the home. I must admit that I don't know much about construction, however, I am a very detailed person. That meant that not only did Ken have to tell me what was wrong, but he had to explain how it was "supposed to work," so I could fully understand the impact of he defect. For example, the home had galvanized pipes, which means nothing to me. Ken took the time to explain what galvanized pipes are, why my home had them, how long they normally last and how much piping would need to be replace when they eventually go bad. My home was built in the 50s, so you can imagine how many items we discussed. VERY patient man. My mother has been living in the home for four months now and we have not found any additional defects other than those Ken identified. I'm a pretty hard person to please and Ken has my highest recommendation. Feel free to contact me if you need additional information about my experience with this contractor. We have used Ken on many home inspections. He is very thorough. His inspections take a while but its worth it. You do not want your home inspection to be over and done in 30-45 mins. If that is the case chances are your inspector has just buzzed through a list and checked it off. Ken goes into detail and makes sure you understand any issues with the home. I highly recommend him.

Ken is extremely thorough - both in his inspection and his report. He took pictures to document areas of concern in the report and took time to address issues as he concluded his inspection. We are in the process of buying a foreclosure that has been vacant for nearly 2 years and had several issues along the way in terms of utilities being on and ready for inspection. We put a lot of weight into Ken's results. He is a hard worker and very patient when dealing with the homebuyer. He came highly recommended and my husband and I would eagerly recommend him to others.

Ken was excellent and quick with communication. A little chatty, but he loves his job and his number one priority is customer service. He sets a standard for performance and is happy with nothing but his best. We were very pleased.
