The start of the job was 2 to 3 weeks later than promised. Never heard from them while waiting for job to begin. I made several calls to them during that time and they never seemed to know who I was until they researched their paperwork and called me back. Job finally completed but they left Hugh gap underneath upper cabinets. I sent pictures to owner and they returned in a few days to improve the situation somewhat. I also paid for two extra braces under the bottom cabinets which they did not install..called them back and they had to order the braces which took another week. Basically after the initial sale and my 50% down payment I heard nothing from the owner unless I called him. Would not use them again or refer friends or relatives to them.

They did a great job on the counter tops and backsplash, Best price ever. Made it worth the wait and you will have to wait. And you will have to wait when they say they will be there 1st thing in the morning, because they won't. It was worth the extra time for the price. I will use them again for the bathrooms,

They're a great company. This is the second time I used them. He's awesome and they do a good job and I've recommended them to other people.

Tops By Cop Inc., that's it. I was doing the remodeling probably in July of last year and they put in both my bathroom countertops and counter mount sinks. I got Quartz countertops and they did a good job, reasonably priced, very competitive, in and out. I wish they would have done the plumbing part of it too but they didn't. I had to get the plumber, that's probably the only downside, I had to get my own plumber. I mean they weren't like an all inclusive, I had to get another person, and that would be probably the only downside but the work and countertops and the owners, very nice people. My experience there was good, I would say nice.
