They did a great job

Hired them for a monthly cleaning. The first two months, the ladies did a good job but the third month, the ladies didnâ t clean a few things that was pointed out that needed to be cleaned and missed some areas. They took the check for payment off the kitchen table and left without saying anything. They only cleaned an hour and a half instead of the two hours that was paid for.

Very good cleaning service. The two ladies that cleaned for us are very helpful and have asked that they return for us every month when cleaning.

They were hired to do a complete house cleaning. We purchased a house and they were to do a deep cleaning. They did not do anything. The only thing I got cleaned was a partial cleaning of the shower. The higher shelves were nasty even the countertops toward the back were not cleaned. The manager admitted there was a misunderstanding and the cleaners thought it was a weekly cleaning. I should have got my $300 back but they did nothing. Do not use these guys.

They were supposed to do a deep cleaning bc we were moving in. One of the ladies spoke English the other didnâ t. Communications were hard. They were in and out in 50 mins. Drawers, cabinets, floors, fridge were not cleaned at all. When I called the manager said they were unaware of the deep cleaning that I paid $300. I let them come back to clean and deep clean what they missed. The same girls acted like they couldnâ t understand me and $30 mins later they snuck out. I spoke to the scheduler and she blew me off. I expected a phone call from the manager but all I got was a bill. Which I paid, I was hoping a refund for at least $300 but havenâ t heard a word from them. I would not recommend their business.

They didn't did a great job. They didn't know how to clean the shades and dust the furniture(s). You guys need to have all the supplies needed to clean a house not just running around. I'm not happy at all. Looks like they didn't know what they're doing.

These ladies are wonderful! My home is spotless by the time they are through. I have them every two weeks which works great for me. Norma has been here three times and we love how quick she and here partner get through. She also cleans and dust like I like. You cannot go wrong with hiring Cornelius House Cleaning. Price is good and very reliable. Blanca, the owner is the best.

I have only been using their service since June. Blanca and her partner did fantastic work. Blanca showed up last week with a different partner. Her partner was awful; she was on her headset telephone the whole time on personal calls, she coughed continually and wiped her nose on her hand continually. She knocked the lids off my skin care products and didn't replace them. She smeared the mirrors in our master bath, AND she broke the cord wrapper on my vacuum. I HAVE CALLED ALL THE TELEPHONE NUMBERS AVAILABLE FOR THIS BUSINESS, EMAILED THEM AND TEXTED BLANCA PERSONALLY - NO ONE RESPONDS. THE TELEPHONE MAILBOXES ARE ALL FULL. I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT OTHER PARTNER NEVER CAME OVER HERE AGAIN TO WORK AGAIN BUT ALL INDICATIONS ARE THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS. HOME ADVISOR SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AS TO ADVERTISING THIS BUSINESS.
