CENTRAL OKLAHOMA FENCE

The salesman was cordial and accommodating and dealt with several changes in layout. The first installer left posts and panels with uneven heights. A second installer came after complaints to fix post and panel heights. I had to complain again because the plastic gate end caps had been melted by the welder and would not stay on. at this point in time the sales man would not respond to calls and final I had to track down the owner who was on a job in Mac Alister. If the welder had taken time to remove the caps before applying striking an arc this would have been avoided. The welds had only been partially painted. At this time one gate is off size and is difficult to close and some post heights are still uneven. There was never any final inspection of the job by any one of authority. We paid for the job becasue we were sick of the whole business.

They didn't show up when they said they were going to be here and they came the next day. I called them to find out about their whereabouts and the lady who answered the phone lied to me saying that they were on their way and on the route. The guy who showed up was a sub-contractor and he asked me as to who had billed the job. I told him that Mark, one of the owners of the company along with his brother, had done the billing. He then told me that my fence was too tall and that they wouldn't be doing the job. He said that I would have to pay more money and that I should call the lady at the office. I told them that they were fired and asked them to leave, and they just left. I had never seen anybody who refused to do a job and just walk off. Mark called me and asked me to call his brother and tell him how bad the guys who came out were. I did call to do that, but the brother wouldn't take my call. The price that they had quoted was great but I wasn't too happy. I wouldn't recommend them. I called another guy who is doing the job now. It cost me $1000 more, but at least he acts professional.

Very poor communication, extreme lack of attention to detail--caused errors in ordering, preparation, invocing. Could not meet committed dates.

It was not a large fence. It was about forty five feet as I have a little house. Overall, it went very well. They contracted it out and I was a little angry because I did not know that they were contracting it out. They did a good job but I thought that there were a few things that they could have done better. But, it went very well. Their service clean up was excellent. They did a super job of cleaning up. They were very polite and very nice. I would probably not use them again in the future. I would probably go with the one that I wished I had gone with on Angie's List. I would not say that I was not satisfied. But, there were some little things that I did not like.
