The end result of all work done turned out well, but, I would not hire this company again. The contractor kept telling me that they were coming the next day and then no one would show. I finally told him not to tell me that they were coming unless they were on their way. I had to tell them to come back to make the siding match.|The owner said that he was already planning to. They scattered my lawn furniture all over the yard and broke one piece which the owner paid for. It was very stressful. I will never let anyone work on my property without being there again.

The day after the big hailstorm that hit Moore in May 2010, I was fortunate to meet Trey Taft from Four Generations Roofing as they were visiting neighborhood homes. They had been the preferred roofer of the homebuilder, and the housing addition was extremely new. After discussing my roof damage with Trey, a crew put temporary patches on all of the holes in my shingles and decking and I filed a claim with my homeowner's insurance. After the adjuster's inspection, Four Generations got me scheduled and replaced my entire roof, including decking. They replaced the damaged materials with precisely the same materials used by the homebuilder. My roof truly felt not just "good as new," but "entirely new." They replaced all the damaged gutters, carefully cleaned up all of the debris from my property, and it felt like they were in-and-out in a few hours' time. I can't imagine a more painless experience, and since this was my first major home repair I had tons of questions and they were always extremely patient and kind in walking me through the process. Four Generations helped me avoid confusion and I feel like I have a good handle on understanding everything they did. I have recommended Four Generations Roofing on more than one occasion to friends and neighbors. As a testament to the Taft family's commitment to their customers, after the May 20 tornado in 2013 Trey phoned to see how we were doing and if they could be of any service. The next day he was at my home (which was spared by the tornado but damaged by hail) and inspected my roof and gutters, and I am now in the process of working with them again for these repairs. I could not possibly give a more positive review for Four Generations Roofing, a truly family-owned and operated Oklahoma company.
