About us

An Estimate is :Some where in the ballpark could be lower or higher! A Bid is:an exact number or price; unless there is an added item which is called an Addendum. At the present I am the only employee ,I work with trained & accomplished sub-contractors in different fields. I have over 35 yrs experience in my field. Most of my billing is done after the job is finished or when the week has ended. Very few times to start a job.Most estimates are free, but not all! More detailed & bigger estimates require a processing fee. I do not provide financing the owner or customer must provide there own.

We offer remodeling in & around the home & some business ( commercial ) . Kitchen & bath remodels are a specialty. We do new construction ,homes & out buildings. Installing & building cabinets is another specialty. We do small jobs or large jobs. Build decks, Install Exterior & Interior Doors & Windows,Trim inside & out. We do some flooring installation. Frame walls,install dry wall,repair, & patch dry wall. We do some painting or sub it out. We do siding & other handyman & carpenter jobs.

We do not do carpet installs. We may patch or caulk on a roof, but we don't do full roof jobs. Our company does not finance jobs. We don't do foam insulation. We don't install appliances. We are not Home Decorators. We are Builders & Installers.
