+ -1 moreFacts only: I have a new pump that retails for about $700 if purchased through sources on the internet. Ralph, one of the owners of Stevenson Plumbing told me he paid $1195 wholesale for this pump, and then marked it up 168%. This pump was installed with over $200 dollars worth of materials (according to Ralph) for which I was charged $450 (according to Ralph). For 3 hours work, I paid $650. I have paid in full. I am having problems trying to justify the charges for this pump and the installation. I am not sure what is fact and what is fiction. I would not do business with this company again.
Description of Work: Removed and installed a new booster pump.
