Service people shaved the lawn repeatedly, over trimmed edges until the lawn areas were 3-7 inches away from walls or borders. They allow the trimmer to damage parts of my house. Worst of all, after I called the owner to specifically ask them not to prune my hydrangeas, oak hydrangeas, and azealas, they did so anyway, literally cutting my many years old plants down to 1-2 feet and literally cutting all the buds off. I have had no flowers this year because the buds and stems were all "pruned" off. It will take several years for my plants to grow to their former size and health. I could not believe a yard company, which was more expensive than average, would literally do such damage to my yard. Furthermore, although I paid them to weed and care for my beds, they did not do so unless I pointed out the accumlating weeds. When I made and appointment with the owner to meet for landscaping advice and tree care and removal, he did not show up. Do Not Hire Premier!

Due to the late completion of our in ground pool, our back yard was pretty much a mess into Mid November. We were having quite a few folks over for Tnanksgiving and didn't want them to see a construction zone when they arrrived. Luckily, Premier was able to come over and lay sod between the rain on Monday and Thanksgiving on Thursday. They brought in a team of hard workers and a supervisor that did the job quickly and professionally. My wife and I were very impressed.
