Wonderful!!! We love us some Jake! He is conscientious, hard working, fast and very efficient. :)

It went great, Jake was amazing! After I had ordered the 2 hour package they got me scheduled within 2 days! They called before they got there to let me know they were on there way, then when they did get there we went over what needed to be done. Very friendly, Great customer service and had things taken care of in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend them to friends and anyone who is need of some work done!

Prompt and efficient, responded quickly to all calls & emails, and was easy to work with. Also left me a free piece of trimming equipment. (this last is just to see if he reads his reviews...)

This is work being done on my mother's yard and I feel secure in Jake's abilities and fairness. I'm comfortable with the way he interacts with with her and it's nice to have someone I can trust doing work at her house. She likes him, too. Will definitely continue to rely on his services and I would highly recommend him.

I found Jake's business (Outdoor Pro) here on Angie's List based on the good reviews. I called to inquire about work that I needed done in our front lawn and flower bed, as well as the backyard. The work included taking down some overgrown bushes (rose bush and photenias) and trim down some other trees and bushes. Also needed a medium size tree stump taken out down to the stump. Jake did a great job on all of the work. He provided an estimate promptly and completed all of the work within a week of providing the estimate. We appreciated his responsiveness, as the yard definitely needed the assistance! Based on my first project, I definitely plan to call Jake for our upcoming project of replacing the rose bush and photenias with new plants that are more appropriate for their respective spaces!

Fantastic! I have contracted lawn and landscape service for many years and I have never received the kind of service that Jake offers. He is ALWAYS there if he says he will be there. He communicates and lets me know what is going on at all times. He keeps up with his employees and does a great job!!! I am very particular about my yard and I have been so impressed with his attention to detail. I have contracted services in the past that I thought were good ... they did not hold a candle to Jake. He is conscientious, detail oriented and he CARES! And finding a lawn and landscape service that cares has been very difficult for us ... so very glad that we found him. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Jake and Outdoor Pro.

I found Jake's business (Outdoor Pro) here on Angie's List based on the good reviews. I called to inquire about a couple of projects that I needed done at two different locations. The first project was a pretty simple fill in some holes with dirt and lay sod. The second project required cutting down a medium size tree and grinding down the stump. Jake did a great job on both of these projects. He completed both jobs within a couple of days of meeting with him to get an estimate. Based on my first couple of projects, I wouldn't hesitate to call Jake in the future.

I was very happy with the services provided. It literally changed the look of the front of our house. Everything seems brighter and much cleaner. They were very punctual and wonderful at communicating.

My husband broke his shoulder and is unable to continue with the yard work. He is very particular about how it looks though. This company did a great job. They were fast, efficient, and our yard looks great. We are going to have them do our yard every week.

We found this company through Angie’s List. We have a basic contract with them but they have taken care of some branches and minor debris free of charge. Their pricing is a little high, but they are doing a little more than just mowing.

The work was done very well and timely, I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing work that they can do.

Jake and his two workers are incredibly competent at their jobs. Jake has a lot of knowledge about anything having to do with landscaping and definitely wants to please the homeowner. He works really hard, is pleasant and polite, and we will be hiring him in the future for more jobs.

It went great! I had read all the positive reviews, so I was expecting a positive experience and that was what we got. Jake and his two guys worked very hard, got the job done and even went the extra mile - all while being polite, kind and professional. 10/10.

Jake and his crew did a GREAT job! Jake contacted me and we made arrangements for the work to be done on a day and time that best fit my schedule. They showed up as time and got right to work. They were professional and courteous and exceeded my expectations. Jake even gave me alternatives to the original project plan and ended up saving me time and money. I have already contacted Jake for additional projects at my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping or lawn services.

It went extremely well from the very beginning. He showed up promptly. He quickly provided me with a visual sketch of his design. After we approved the design we called him one evening to tell him we wanted him to complete project as soon as was convenient for him. I was eager for a new look but was thrilled when the next morning a crew was working on my yard. They did as planned and removed dead and overgrown shrubs, etc then implemented the design. He included several rocks in his design as well as a nice looking group of shrubs, plants, flowers, etc. The sod he installed is growing great and everything looks great. Neighbors have commented on the great new look. The only problem we encountered was that the service that was repairing our sprinkler system (which he recommended) did not get out on a timely basis and would not return my calls so watering and keeping sod alive for a couple of days was a concern. I decided to call him and tell him about trouble with sprinkler system company (who had began work so I could not just hire someone else in middle of project) and he really helped me there. He called the sprinkler system company and I had a call from them within 30 minutes of calling him. They were out next day and finished repairs on sprinkler system. He called me to make sure the sprinkler system company called me back and took care of things. I give him an A+ on professionalism. He assisted me after the job with the sprinkler system company and did a beautiful job on my yard. I highly recommend him.

It went very well. Contacted Outdoor Pro through Angies List. Jake responded quickly. Kept in touch via email and phone. He worked well with us, even when we were out of town he phoned and walked us through what was going on. I had a budget and he worked within it. I also had a timeframe and he made that deadline too. Jake worked with his crew to make sure everyone knew what he wanted. We were very pleased with the end result.

Excellent service, our yard looked clean, nice, and well maintained. I would use Outdoor Pro again. The mulching was wonderful and they cut back all of our box woods and took away our dead trees. They finished quickly and answered all my questions. Very good.

We purchased a deal on Angie's list for labor from Outdoor Pro. Jake quickly called and wanted to check when I would like the services performed. I had a really tight deadline of getting the sod laid and despite his schedule he made a point to not only fit me in and lay all of the sod that I had at our house but he then bought additional sod and came back two days later to finish our yard. We communicated strictly via phone and text and he was able to do exactly what I was wanting. If you are going to have any kind of yard work done at your house Jake is your guy. He went above and beyond for us and we were very please with everything he did and we will be using them again!

Jake contacted me immediately after I purchased the deal offered on Angie's List. He asked what work I was interested in and made arrangements to go by the house to see it. After his visit, he called me to discuss again and to make some suggestions. Jake kept in touch and was prompt to respond each time I contacted him. I delayed the work slightly for my own convenience, but once I gave the go ahead the work was completed exactly as scheduled and requested. He did an excellent job and I expect that we will be calling him again once we are ready to put in new landscaping.

We have a large yard and a number of trees. Jake and his crew removed all the leaves and branches/twigs that had accumulated since the fall. They were prompt and worked steadily until the job was done. I did have to call them back for a section of leaves they had missed. They came back right away and finished the job. Overall I was very pleased with the work. I would use Outdoor Pro again in the future. I mentioned my experience to a friend and he called Jake to have some work done at his home.
