Outdoor Pro quoted us a price for leaf pick up if we blew all of our leaves to the curb. We have a corner lot that's almost an acre so this is the most economical way for us to get rid of our fall leaves. We have a lot of trees! This is the second year we've used them. They show up and do exactly what they say they'll do. Jake is really good about getting right back to you. He is a great communicator.

Very disappointed... I initially spoke with Jake within a few days of purchasing the service. I explained I needed a thorough fall clean-up and gave him a list of what I needed done. I requested service the week of Christmas, he told me he would be servicing his regular clients that week so he would not be able to get to mine then. He showed up to to do the work with several young boys. I wanted some shrubs trimmed, leaves removed, fountain grass cut back, flower beds cleaned and then a final season mowing. He came to my door when he was done and said he couldn't mow my yard because he didn't have any mowers on his truck. They left leaves and clippings all over my yard, in flower beds and around decking on my pool. They moved my patio chairs to work in flower bed and did not even bother to put them back before they left. Jake also asked about something he/his boys saw in a storage bldg in our backyard. Both doors to that storage bldg were closed, which made me wonder why they were even in that bldg... The job job they did was sloppy to say the least. I would not use them again.

We have been extremely pleased with Outdoor Pro's work. We had one instance where they removed a plant that I didn't plan to be removed. The owner was quick to offer to replace the plant and his employee immediately called to offer a genuine apology. This was simply a communication issue and no fault of Outdoor Pro. And anytime we had a request for them to adjust the lawn maintenance to our liking, they were glad to do it.

We are extremely pleased with the work performed by Jake and his crew. We contacted Jake via an Angie's List email; he responded promptly and we made an appointment for him to come by our home and our rental property to view and give an estimate for the work we wanted to have done. He called later in the day with the estimate, which we considered to be fair, and the work was scheduled. He and his crew came as per the scheduled day & time, although a cold, light rain had begun. They did exactly what we wanted in our courtyards and the finished project looks fantastic. They worked efficiently and cleaned up when the work was finished. Additionally, there is no trace of the tree (a nasty cedar) that was removed from our rental property. The original estimate was lower than the final cost because the pump that had to be replaced under the bubbler/fountain was much more costly than anticipated (we discovered this by accident). Because of this, we insisted that Jake add the cost of the pump to his estimate. We are very pleased with the work done. From initial contact with Jake until project completion everything went extremely smoothly and exactly as we had hoped. We will definitely use Outdoor Pro again.

Jake and his crew arrived on time and promptly went to work filling my flower beds with mulch. They did a super job and cleaned up the beds to make them look attractive.

Jake and his crew arrived on time and did the sodding of my front yard where lawn was bare. I thought pricing was fair for the amount of sod and labor that went into the job. I know some of my neighbors in south tulsa also use Outdoor Pro (Jake Rowland) and they have the same high regard.

Jake and his crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I have two large oak trees in my yard, and after they blew them all on to the two car driveway, the whole driveway was about two feet deep with leaves. They had them all loaded on to their trailer in no time. I had a lot of small branches down along with other brush in several places in the yard, and it looked good as new when they were done. They had five guys working, and the whole job was done in a little over two hours. Very thorough and professional. I had family coming in to town for Easter, and told Jake I would really like the work done by Friday, and he made it happen!

Jake went out of his way to work within our budget. He listened to our needs and offered 3 different plans for us to choose from. Once we approved his plans, he was cleaning/updating our yard within days. He and his workers were prompt, friendly and above all professional. Jake was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be working with him again. I've already recommended him to friends. Thanks Outdoor Pro!

See above. Jake and his crew had eight jobs, including mine, on this day's to do list. They came at 11a.m. and left at 1pm. This is their busiest time of year, now thru the end of fall. I was lucky to get on their agenda when I called a week ago. They'll be back to do basic mowing / maint every two weeks 'til the summer grass die-off, which around here is usually in August.

Everything was exactly as I wanted it. Jake was professional at all times as were the members of his crew. He kept in contact with me regularly as the project proceeded and the job was completed ahead of what I had expected. The finished landscape was beautiful. The irrigation installer he used did a great job and was also ahead of schedule. The plant materials he selected fr.om his wholesaler were of the highest quality. I'll use Outdoor Pro on my next project.

Jake said he would get right back to us with an estimate and "put something down on paper." Well, we never heard from him again. Would definitely not recommend.

I had Jake and crew install edging around my flower beds in the front and back yard. He then leveled the beds and installed pine bark and cypress mulching. As usual, Jake and his crew did a great job. Jake came out within a day of contacting him through Angie's List and was able to do the installation within a few days of the initial bid. I've had Jake do a number of projects for me in the past and he's always done a nice job. He's good about contacting me quickly and showing up when he says he's going to. The work itself has always been excellent. I highly recommend Jake at Outdoor Pro. He's someone you can trust - which goes a long way with me.

I wanted grass and some other things done and instead he put the great big white rocks in and I hate it. I called and asked to come back and redo it and he wouldn't. He gave me the name of someone else. We are now stuck with these big white rocks. We are not happy and we wouldn't use them again.

Awesome! Did the areas I asked them to do. I wasn't even home. Came home to my houses foundation and fence posts free of leaves.

Sorry I'm late with this review as the work was done in December. I purchased a discounted yard clean up from Angies List from Outdoor Pro for a rental that I have. I had used Jake in the past for both my rental and some work done at my fathers house. Both previous times went very well. This yard clean up was no exception. I contacted Jake in November. He promptly responded. I told him I wanted to wait until after the leaves were through falling from the trees and he said to just call when I was ready. Around the middle of December, I called Jake and he came out within a few days. The work was done quickly and (as usual) he and his crew did a great job. I'm sure I'll have more work for Jake again in 2015. He's dependable and after years of dealing with landscapers, that's probably the most important thing in my book.

We purchased an Angie's List deal for 2 hours of yard cleanup.Jake showed up around 10:30 to begin work. Unfortunately, his help never showed up, and he did the whole job himself, which took him longer that it would have normally with someone else on the crew to help. He blew all the leaves to the curb and vacuumed them into a covered trailer.

Professional. Worked within my budget. Communicated well as to what he planned to do. Came when he said he would and finished when he said he would. I was pleased with the end product.

The business relationship with Jake is exemplary, he is very reliable, does a wonderful job in any task requested, he has professional equipment and appearance, and is very personable. Jake anticipates our yard needs and has made a significant difference in the appearance of our lawn. We appreciate Outdoor Pro's lawn service and do not see a need to switch providers, I highly recommend him to my friends or anyone looking for lawn service.

I have a big yard with a number of trees that shed leaves, Jake did the leaf removal, did some general yard cleanup went ahead and trimmed some of my trees removing dead branches and what have you. I thought the work went super well and really did exceed my expectations all of this within my expected budgeting. Jake asked for my OK to do some extra yard work which was fine it made my property look all the better! since it made my yard look

He did the most efficient job we have ever had done. He blew off the roof, pulled up dead plants and picked up virtually every leaf! Our yard looked fantastic for Christmas! We wouldn't trade Jake for ANY other lawn service .... he is by far, the best, most efficient, easy to communicate with and conscientious company in the area.

We are very pleased with all the services provided. We were also pleasantly surprised at the ease of having firewood delivered in a very timely fashion!

Great and we continue to use him ongoing. On site when promised. Quick clean and efficient work that lasts and stands up to our neighbors, Southern Hills Country Club, level of work. hard to say enough good things. My advice get a quote, get the work started and finished on time with great results, and enjoy your yard as much as we do with Jake's help!

Well but I think the service was over priced and some limbs were missed
