Jake handled everything from design through to finished product, in a truly turnkey operation. He was able to start earlier than anticipated, and was finished in two days. Combined with other work he's done for us in the past, he'll have us as a customer for life.

Excellent. Jake and his crew showed up on time and worked professionally throughout. They even came out on a Saturday to complete work scheduled for the following Monday when the forecast called for rain early in the week.

They started the project within a couple days and had it completed very quickly. I am very happy with the results and am getting compliments from neighbors also.

It went really well. They came out on 5/30 Monday and Got in done in about an hour. They didn't tell me what time they were coming but they arrived early around 7:30 am. They were very courteous and friendly! They cleaned up most of the mess and hauled it away. Some of the leaves and tiny branches are still there but they did get up the big stuff. They had to haul it though the yard, so naturally some little parts will fall off. They did rake up mess. I've asked them about another tree in the yard that is leaning, but it's got fruit on it, so he doesn't want to cut it. He said he will come back closer to winter to cut it

Work was scheduled. They showed up on time. Did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves and my yards and trees look great!

I chose Outdoor Pro because they offered me the lowest bid on the project. The work was good and timely, as long as you don't mind the blank personalities it was worth it.

Not one thing was done correctly and we had to pay even more $$ to jave corrected and repaired.

After the latest big windstorm, I lost half of a very large pecan tree. I called Jake on the day it happened and he was out with a large crew just a couple of days later. He climbed the tree and cut out the remaining broken branches and hauled off two very large loads of limbs. Due to the size of the crew he lined up, it only took a few hours. I have come to rely on Outdoor Pro for most of my landscape projects at my home and a couple of family member homes. He has always done an outstanding job. I highly recommend Jake for all landscape projects.

Jake came by and laid 60 bags of mulch on my flower beds. As usual, he and his crew did an outstanding job. I've used Jake for numerous projects at several different locations. He's always done a great job. He's always quick to respond to my projects and get them on his schedule. I will continue to use Jake for my landscaping projects and highly recommend him.

Jake and crew cleared out all the shrubs and ground cover that I let get out of control. They kept the smaller landscaping boulders I already had but were hidden and added more, larger boulders. Between old shrub removal and installation of new plants, Jake moved my shrub bed sprinklers for better coverage and more efficient watering. After my first contact with Jake, he quickly came by to look things over and soon after that, texted me a design. He was very patient with all my questions and didn't even mind me watching while they worked. After they finished, Jake tested the shrub sprinkler zone and made some fine tuning adjustments to spray patterns. This work made a dramatic improvement to the look of the house from the street. I would definitely recommend Outdoor Pro to others.

I had some minor problems with some of my sprinkler heads. I had used Jake for numerous landscaping projects at several locations and had always been very pleased with his service. I figured he could probably help me with some minor sprinkler problems, so I contacted him via email. He called back later that afternoon, and we scheduled a time for the next day. He came out and fixed the problems promptly and even gave me some recommendations for other things I might want to do with my sprinkler system. He also gave me a couple of names of reliable sprinkler repair guys that do more extensive repairs - if I should ever need them. Since I was a long-time customer and the work was rather minor, he didn't charge me. That's what I call great customer service! I highly recommend Jake for any landscaping needs. Consistently fantastic for years across many different services including weekly mowing/leaf removal, coordinating my lawn aeration and seeding, fertilizing, weed prevention, etc. Just recently he noticed a problem in a remote area of my yard that saved me a lot of money thanks to his conscientiousness and professional expertise. I enjoy working with him and he and his crew are great with my elderly mother.

Jake responded rapidly to our call for an estimate. He completely the work requested in a timely, professional manner in spite of having to work around some street repair obstacles. His estimate was accurate and did not change. We were very pleased with his work and will call him again in the future.

I found Jake in Angie's list last year and had him back this year to do a larger job trimming back my overgrown shrubs and trees. His crew did an excellent job and cleaned away all debris including old leaves. He has even been helpful recommending companies to help with my erosion problems. I have a lot of work that needs to be done and I intend to have him come back and do more.

I called Jake and left the message and he called back couple hours later and we talked about what I wanted on my front yard. He stopped by the next day morning to took some pictures of the front yard and designed the new plan. He showed me his design and the estimated price, he said we could go lower if I want to. I really like his design and go for it. He came couple days before the date to removed the existing plants and came back on the date I told him that I will be at home to planted the new trees and plants with the other 3 men and they did it in 2 hours and 15 minutes, That's amazing. He is very nice and patient, I don't know much about trees and plants, he explained to me and how to maintain all the plants. He trimmed the existing tree to make it looks nice, we didn't even ask him, he just did it for us when he saw some of branches starting to growing down to the grass. The estimated was $2980, we used the $50 coupon from Angie's list so make the total of $2930. Thanks a lot Jake, really appreciated :) Susan Subianto

They did a great job! I contacted them first via Angie's list message area on web site and Jake contacted me promptly to make further arrangements. With several men working on it, they finished the job in less than a day and I am very satisfied with what they did. It was well worth $500.00.

Jake at Outdoor Pro was prompt to respond to my inquiries and also quick to provide an estimate for me. He was very thorough & followed up with me as well. I hired Outdoor Pro to remove leaves on my large lot. They did this amazingly well. Not a leaf in sight! They even cleared my front and back porch of leaves, which I wasn't expecting. I have several flower beds that the leaves were removed from and they cleared them from all nooks & crannies & walkways. I was extremely impressed with the service. I gave a "good" rank for price to , as it seemed high to me for leaf removal, but they did such an outstanding job that it made up for it. I've had other companies remove leaves that did half the job that Outdoor Pro did. I am very satisfied with their work! I will be having them back to prep my flower beds for spring.

Jake's team did a great job. They were very thorough. He recommended some additional work be performed on the property- including sprinkler and extensive tree work - in order to give our grass the best opportunity to grow. Although his team doesn't do the types of jobs he recommended, he suggested that I do them before investing more in the landscape. I respect and appreciate honesty! Thank you Jake!
