I originally contacted Jake in mid December to inquire about leaf removal services. He honestly reported that it would be at least a week before he could call back to schedule a date/time. I had no issue with that. And then, some Oklahoma winter weather appeared. I didn't hear back again until the first week of January. We scheduled a time, he arrived exactly when he said he would and his estimate of how long it would take & how much it would cost were spot on. Definitely will call on him again for help with outdoor yard projects

Jake responded quickly to my first call, understood everything we needed and respected the nuances of my situation, He is a man of action and is fair in and true to his pricing. From day 1 all the way through today, Jake and his crew have done great work in a timely manner and every project has been a home run with great lasting results. We have more work planned immediately and my family is greatly relieved to have our golf course facing home up to par.

The yard was very very overgrown. They had quoted me $150.00 at first however I only paid $100.00. They were nice, the yard looked much better. I was very satisfied.

Got all grass cut down. Front yard looks great! He even sprayed the grass growing in my front bed to kill it!

Unfortunately, I was unable to follow through with hiring this provider due to my previous aggrement with another service. Jake was very responsive with his estimate and follow up. His pricing is fair, even better than most other services out there. I plan to use his company in the future.

Jake came out and discussed expanding our patio, landscaping and sod on 6/7/13. Said he would probably be back with the estimate next week. Its been two months and we've moved on the someone else.

Everything went well. Jake seemed eager to work and did a good job. He also did everything he said he would.l

I called Jake at Outdoor Pro on May 16, requesting a quote for landscaping, limb time/removal, and lawn treatment. We scheduled an appointment for the next evening. Jake showed up timely, and we talked about everything I needed done in my yard. He said he could do the limb removal for $200, and that he subcontracted the lawn treatment for $80. I verbally agreed to have him perform these services. We talked about the landscaping and he said he would send me some ideas, and asked my if my phone would allow me to open attachments if he sent something via text. I told him it would. Jake showed up early the next week, while it was raining, and trimmed my trees! He did a great job with that, and cleaned everything up very nicely. He had mentioned the lawn treatment was behind schedule due to all the rain. I understood that. I called Jake on June 3 to inquire about the lawn treatment, since it still had not been done. He apologized and let me know he would call his subcontractor immediately. As of June 17 I still had not received any lawn treatments (and there had not been any rain) so I called Jake to verbally cancel my request for service. Jake called again to apologize. The one job Jake did do (limb trimming and removal) was excellent and I would use him again for that. However I have never received a landscaping quote and I have no idea what happened with the lawn treatment. Jake was always very professional and courteous, but the service was very inconsistent.

The job went well and the front of our house looks so different. We could not be more pleased! Cost came in at exactly what he quoted and we thought it was very fair considering all the plants and the hard work he and his crew did.

A crew came out and installed fescue in my front yard. There was a section that I felt also needed to be done as it left it looking unfinished. I called them and they were back out the next day with additional sod. I am very pleased with the results.

All of the work was performed in a timely and skilled manner. The ground was prepped (sod cut and removed), plot was prepared, 6x6 edgers were fit and secured, and good quality soil was put in. The yard has a full fence, and there's a panel that can be removed for access by machinery and so forth. Normally, when I have work done in the back yard, I usually take it down and put it back up myself, but Jake (and team) went ahead and did that, as well. I was pretty impressed with him taking care of that. The work was done when promised (weather apparently pushed off the first tentative work date, but that wasn't really an issue). They also completely cleaned up after the work was done (I've worked with some who haven't done a full cleanup, so that always scores a few extra points in my book).

Phoned Jake to give me a quote on several large beds around our swimming pool. Jake showed up quickly, he came up with some good ideas, and drew up some plans for me. He cleaned out all of the old debris and put new plants, rocks and flagstone down. I was very happy with the work! He even changed the featured tree for me when I wasn't happy with the first suggestion. We have been working with several people around our house and have had some problems with some not getting back to us. Jake knew how important it was for us to know when we could expect things done and worked well with us. And all of this during his busy time of year. We are very pleased overall.

Jake came out to my house and we discussed the job and agreed on the price. He came out later that week and performed the landscape clean-up and trimmed the shrubs and trees and called me to let me know he would be back the following Monday with the sod because it was too wet after the rain to cut. That following Monday he did as he said and sodded my front yard calling me that afternoon with the good news.

Looks like things went very smoothly. I took the day off to be available, and I watched the work being done (for the most part). Jake and his assistant did an excellent job of removing the old landscaping pieces, and also in putting up the new stuff. The end result is very nice, and he even commented about the fact that one of the beds came out a bit larger than expected, and he intends to come back soon to add some additional plantings to make it look right. Would definitely hire Jake again (and will if his time estimate for my veggie garden change works out).

I had not cleaned out my flowerbeds since Fall and they needed some tender loving care. Jake and his staff cleaned them out, added a plant to one of them, and mulched each of them. Two of my flowerbeds are 6' x 10' so this is not an a quick fix. Our weather is rainy and they just continued to work and finish my project. Also, our pathway is cobblestone type rocks and we thought we would never find the right rocks to finish it. First time Jake came to our house he said I know where to find the rocks and I'll finish it. He asked how I envisioned it being completed and voila he did it! We are very happy and satisfied as to how it was done and the finished look. Would definitely use Outdoor Pro again.

Jake arrived on time and completely finished our yard in a morning. The crew worked hard and the cost was reasonable and what was originally quoted.

Jake Rowland, owner and manager of Outdoor Pro, is friendly and easy to work with. In choosing someone to clean up my property and provide lawn service for the summer, i researched four companies. One looked at my yard but never provided an estimate. Another provided an estimate but charges for services seemed especially high. A third provided a reasonable estimate and was seriously considered. Jake provided a detailed estimate for reasonable prices and was very responsive to specific questions and concerns. His company provides a wide range of services and I judged that he would be best able to satisfy my landscaping and lawn care needs. So far I have not been disappointed. Jake and his crew worked steadily for an entire afternoon trimming, cleaning, and clearing both sides of my house and the back yard. It was a big job and they did excellent work. It looks great. Jake also planted five nandina shrubs in my front yard garden and replaced a Rose of Sharon bush with a red rocket crepe myrtle. He gave me good, clear instructions on care and watering of all the new plants. I anticipate that future services will meet the same high standard.

Everything as perfectly done! He and is crew were on-time, professional and everything was done right the way we wanted and exactly as promised.

All the work was done in a timely manner. The work area was left clean and exactly as expected. I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of Jake and his crew. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
