Description of Work: We hired him to trim a large tree and remove two other trees. He exceeded my expectations with an excellent job and reasonable price.

Description of Work: I did not use Outdoor Pro. I received an e-mail from you saying he would come by to make an estimate and to call him if there were any special issues. So, I called him to discuss my job. He wasn't very friendly and when I asked when he could come by to make an estimate, he responded that he was busy with soccer games and also that he was a very large landscaping company so he wouldn't commit to a time, only that he would come by sometime over the weekend. That does not work for me! I ended the phone call and made the decision at that point that I would not hire a company that wanted to do estimates on their time, not mine. However, I thought I would get an estimate for comparison purposes since I had already contacted Empire Lawn Care and the owner came by the next day. It was the following Sunday when I realized he had some by quickly and didn't leave a card or anything. My land line had rung a few minutes earlier but stopped before leaving a message. I heard my door bell and before I could answer it, he was already on my driveway approaching his vehicle. My conclusion was that he didn't care to give me an estimate. I would give this company a D rating and would not hire them for any job in the future based on the way the estimate was handled. He did come by as he said he would and also did not schedule a time as he said he wouldn't.

Description of Work: I contacted Outdoor Pro on a Saturday and met with Jake the next day to discuss what services I needed. He determined what he could do for the price and then I requested additional services. He laid sod, increased the size of a vegetable garden bed and did extensive bed prep for a border. My home was going to be on a Garden Tour in 6 weeks and the work needed to be done as quickly as possible. Jake was able to do that.

Description of Work: Weed and cleanup flower beds, removed dead and/or dying plants, trimmed hedges & trees, mowed and edged yard. Excellent response and completion of job.

Description of Work: They did an awesome job. Jake has some great ideas and I went with them and the landscape looked great. He cut down 2 trees, cleaned all beds and mulched, planted some new plants for shade and trimmed all bushes that needed trimming along with the monkey grass. He also has a great sense of humor and is fun to work with. I can see why he is on Angie's List and has made the "Super Service" award.

Description of Work: I had contacted Outdoor Pro to put in some raised beds but we couldn't afford that project. When this special came up, I thought I'd give them a try to see if their work matched their bids. I was very pleased with the the work they did. I had a lot of winter damage to several trees on my property and they got all that cleaned up and started a burn pile for this winter when we have enough moisture to properly burn. Jake and his team really went above and beyond and we are now giving serious consideration to having them back out to not only finish thinning my trees but to also put in the original raised beds.

Description of Work: Cleaned out flowerbeds raked the lawn removed roots of a shrub that was cut down in the back yard. They did not complete the roots removal. They then landscaped the flower beds which was an additional charge.

Description of Work: The owner promptly returns phone calls. He is very sharp; he knows this business well. He is honest and affordable. We have employed Outdoor Pro for weekly lawn mowing, weed control, and land leveling. All they do is excellent. They communicate efficiently. We would recommend their services to anyone.

Description of Work: Jake with Outdoor Pro has always done an outstanding job with whatever I needed in my yard. He really listens and does just the very thing I am looking for. His prices are very affordable and he gets you on his schedule quickly!!! You can't go wrong with Outdoor Pro!

Description of Work: Josh and crew did a Spring clean-up and trimmed trees, roses, bushes, filled in low spots and mulched where needed. The work was done professionally and courteously. He is a kind person with a good work ethic. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He will be mowing our lawn as well.

Description of Work: While he was doing a regular visit to the house to do yard cleanup, I discussed my getting a discount if I prepaid for his services this growing season. Description of Work: I use Outdoor Pro for my yardwork, leaf removal, mowing and to keep my yard looking good. Today they came out for leaf removal and also did some yard cleanup for me. My yard looks great! With any concerns I may have they are responsive and provide good customer service.
