We recently moved to Broken Arrow from our previous home in mid-town Tulsa, and because of the good experience that we had with Metro previously, we requested a quote for a portable building to be constructed at our new home. Construction actually began sooner than expected, and despite of the cold January temperatures, our installers promptly arrived on time, finished in three days, and were very professional throughout. Their quality and workmanship are exceptional, and we couldn't be happier with the results, six months later. Good people!

It was very easy to work with this company. I prepared a site for the building (I put landscaping cloth covered with paver base over the area where the building would be, but this is optional) and they did the rest. It took two men a day and a half to build and paint it and they left the work area in good shape. I'd looked at many other options and although I'm a moderately competent do-it-yourselfer I decided to have someone build for me rather than install a pre-fab building. I was able to customize it (including a window with a flower box and roofing to match my house's) and now have a very attractive storage building that (after six months) has shown no signs of any leaks or other problems. I painted the ramp to preserve it from the elements and added padlock hardware but otherwise the only work I've had to do is customize the inside. The doors are solid and the built-in lock seems very secure but I added the padlock for additional protection. For a long-term homeowner or someone wanting a building visible from the street, this is a much better choice than a cheaper building. It should easily last 25 years.

I could not be more pleased with the results. The building is exactly what I hoped for. The quality of the materials they used was A+ and they built the entire building in five days which is what they estimated to me at the onset. Dan was also very helpful in the design. I wanted a porch and several other additional unique features. He he helped me with recommendations and research and found exactly what I was looking for.Dan and his team were very professional and their number one concerned was building the building that I wanted, promptly and with great attention to detail and quality.The price was clearly detailed to me from the beginning and he gave me a breakdown of the cost for everything he did. No surprises.I will gladly recommend them to anyone who is need a portable building and if I need anything like this in the future, thay will be my first choice.

We are very pleased with our new shed. They worked with us on the design of the building and we got exactly what we wanted and expected. The men in the office and the men that actually built the shed were always polite and professional. After talking to them about the design, we chose to increase the pitch of the roof so it would better match our home. I didn't realize this would even be an option until I talked to them. The cost of the building was slightly less than estimated because we didn't need a permit. They began the work approximatley one week earlier than they had estimated. They arrived at our location with all the tools and materials needed for the job each day. Each day they worked hard from about 8:00 to 4:00. The ground was very soft due to a heavy rain before they started the job and then one day of heavy rain during the job. They put down pieces of board so they would not create muddy spots in the grass. With the exception of one day, they cleaned up the location before they left each day. One of electrical plugs they were using blew out. They replaced it with a new when they finished the job.

I went to the company, chose my plan with excellent advice from the builders. I was shown how they use much more reinforcement in their framing and 3/4 inch flooring instead of the 3/8 inch I had been seeing at local home centers. Two young men came out to build the building and had it finished, including shingles and painting, in 2 days. This building has been very useful for me and my family and has improved my property.
