Description of Work: I can' t get the title to change to SOIL INSTALLATION!! We had a large circle driveway that we replaced with a 2 plus car driveway. We were given Mr. Kendrick's name to contact. We wanted him to fill in the driveway part we were turning into the yard, with soil and sod. He came to our home before the project started and told me it was hard to give an estimate until he saw how long and deep the space would be. He told me to call when they had removed the driveway, then he could give an estimate. I called and he said he would come by. Guess what, he never contacted us with an estimate.
