It has been a long time since I have had the pleasure of having a work crew in my home that was professional, prompt, extremely capable, and personal. Shawn replaced an existing central vac unit with a new system. He inspected and corrected problems with the existing piping, including replacing an inlet that was installed improperly by the previous company. Very satisfied - would hire again.

I needed a new 60" LG Plasma TV, & sound bar, DVD, and a TiVo series 5 set up all to work with a Logitech Harmony universal remote control. Thanks to a defective Cox Communication cable card, it took them longer than expected and they were great about it!

I received same day service from a very qualified and courteous technician, Evan. He had my surround system and TV up and running in less than 45 minutes. We never had SS this good when it was originally installed by the Geek Squad two years ago. And their charges are very reasonable for the quality of work received
