Green Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling

They got here around 10 O'clock in the morning and continued to work through the afternoon, evening and the night. They completed the work at 12.30 in the morning. We can see it was excellent. They are very dedicated and determined. They worked with headlights to finish. The workers were great, courteous and friendly. I don't know if we knew at what time they were going to get here. We didn't realize until 12.30 that night that they had to travel from Tulsa to get to work. When they had to leave they had to go back to Tulsa again to go home. I would use them again. It would have taken others 2 days to do the work. We have a two storied building.

The explanation above says it all. Green Phoenix and Craig Poindexter were responsive, polite, professional and competitive. It was a joy meeting him and working with his company. He is now and in the future, my "go to guy" for any repair needs.

The job was finished on time and in a very professional manner. I had personal contact with the owner, Craig Poindexter, on sometimes an hourly basis. Quick response was the norm. The weather was very HOT and the workers stayed on the job. One day was near 100 degrees..they showed up early, took a well deserved break in mid-afternoon, then returned to the job in the evening until 2:00 am because rain was in the forecast. They went the extra mile. The workers and owner were considerate and hard working. The job required more extensive work that first thought and Mr. Poindexter was in constant contact with me about any changes that were occurring on the job. He was also very helpful in educating me about the process of replacing our new roof, why changes were occurring, both with the insurance company and with the actual work being done on our home. When our roof began to leak prior to the roof replacement, I was frantically calling roofers to come help us. Mr. Poindexter was at my home and applying a "temporary fix" to our leaks within a few hours. He went above and beyond, late into the evening, to help us in our emergency and explain what was going to be needed to repair the cause of our problems. He personally worked with us to coordinate through the insurance procedures and roof replacement. Green Phoenix is a very professional, honest and ethical company. Very reliable and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their work.

Came to my house, somewhat unannounced, and looked over gutter repair job. Wife told him we were looking at bids on the job. He left and never sent a quote.

Most impressed with the responsiveness in call backs and the job itself. The job was a quality job on a rent house as far as I can tell without living there. I would use him again.

I had noticed some rain leakage around the vent in the bathroom. Craig came out and inspected my roof. Most all the pipe boots were split. He sent me an estimate of around 900 to replace them. I ask for an estimate to replace the guttering also. That was around 1800. When they did the work, they were fast, professional and good. He painted all the new boots and other things that needed it. The roof looks great. The 40 year old gutters were replaced with new 5 inch seamless. 2 extra downspouts were added and all were replaced with 6 inch instead of the 4 inch. They cleaned up everything after. We are very pleased. And we highly recommend Green Phoenix.

They were on time and did the work as promised, cleaned up and was gone in a couple of hours. They did good work.

Craig did a great job explaining the proper way our patio roof needed to be done and also gave us an estimate for the entire roof (at a later date). He was there to supervise the work and waited until we got home from work to show what all had been done to our roof. They cleaned up and hauled off everything. We will definitely use Green Phoenix in the future. Additional comment: We had a leak in our kitchen that we thought might have been from the old patio roof. It started leaking again after we had the patio roof replaced by Green Phoenix. We called Craig and he came out right away (even though he was on his way out of town for a vacation). He found the source of the leak (not from the patio roof) and patched it up for us. He did not even want money for his time. Again, we definitely we use Craig again when we can replace our main roof on the house.

Very well. Weather delayed the project a couple of times. But once I got started they were quick and efficient. The roof looks beautiful and he provided design information that would ensure the roof best match the house.they also did a fabulous job cleaning up. Craig is very professional and a super nice guy!

Craig Poindexter was a professional and his enthusiasm was inspiring . I had ordered his company's service ( Green Phoenix roofing and remodeling) on 3/30/2015 and he was in my area today and called to see if he could stop by and look at the job. I welcomed him to survey the job and he was able to complete the work the same day! He did a wonderful job and now I am ready for the spring rains or whatever weather Oklahoma brings. I will recommend him to all my friends, neighbors and family!

I was having a water heater installed, when the installers informed me that my roof was too steep, and I needed a roofer to complete the flashing work. I was not hopeful that I would find a roofer to rush right out to my house, but I looked on Angie?s List, and called Craig. He said that he could move some things around, and was at my house within the hour. He was professional, timely, and even fixed a few minor flaws that he found while on the roof. What a relief! I will call Green Phoenix for all of my future roofing needs.

Craig worked closely with the insurance company to build estimates. He met them on-site to go over the roof in detail and come to agreement on what needed to be done. After the settlement was finalized, he handled the replacement as turnkey. He took into account the funds from our insurance company and our deductible to create a very cost effective solution. Options for the roof materials were provided. The job site was clean every day. The actual roofers were polite and very considerate. The job was completed in a very timely fashion. We definately plan on using the Green Phoenix team for additional work around our home (next deck and indoor remodeling) in the very near future.

Craig with Green Phoenix walked the property with me and with the help of a laser level designed a solution that would solve the problems. I was given a number of options at various price points. I chose the more expensive option, which included solid PVC pipe instead of the usual corrugated flexible pipe. Either way would probably have been fine but I already had crushed corrugated pipe underground and was ready to part ways with it. They installed a 4 inch PVC line connected to all downspouts on the east side and another 4 inch PVC line to all downspouts on the west side. They also installed a separate 4 inch PVC line with 4 small catch basins on the east side to carry away any water that might runoff from adjacent properties. Since the downspouts now carry water to the street like they are supposed to, I don't expect the catch basins to see much action unless we have a very heavy rain. A couple of times a year they'll be helpful. This wasn't really a "must-have" but I requested it. Green Phoenix did a great job start to finish. While trenching they carefully navigated utilities, my sprinkler system, unusual underground obstacles, and other things successfully and minimized the impact. They meticulously assembled the solution paying close attention to maintaining the required slope. They put new sod in place where needed and cleaned things up before leaving. They also had to cut the curb to port the 3 new 4 inch PVC lines to the street. That made me a little nervous because we have all seen how poorly that is often done. They did a great job there as well. While they were here, they discovered a few issues with my guttering and addressed them. I am very detail oriented and so is the team at Green Phoenix. I highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the service and work of Green Phoenix. We even had positive comments from neighbors on the quality of work. We will definitely use them for future needs.

This was on a rental house I own and they took care of everything without me ever having to meet them at the property. The work they performed was very well done. My only compliaint is the price. It seemed a little high for the work performed but it was extremely convenient for me.

Besides doing the needed repair work, Craig checked and covered ALL exposed screw heads on the roof. His service was awesome. He explained everything he did for us in detail. Thank you, Craig. Oct 10, 2014

The job was done professionally, they came right when they said they would, performed the job well(the gutters we had put in look great), and we couldn't be happier with the results. It was a great value, especially for the level of quality we received.

Great! I have not had the roof and guttering problems fixed yet, but I highly recommend this company. They are prompt, professional and provide a great service.

Craig did a thorough inspection of my roof after checking out the leak location inside and listening to my past experience with other "experts" who claimed to know what the problem was or how to solve it. He explained what he believed the problem was (improper nailing in the section of the roof where the leaking was occurring) and how the other explanations I had been offered were not a likely reason for the problem. He was willing to negotiate doing a small extra service for me (at no extra charge) that back problems prevent me from doing myself. All of this was done in a courteous and friendly manner. He was efficient in his work and obviously took pride in it as well. I really appreciated his thoroughness and efficiency. I also appreciated that he was willing to work with me on a time that would accommodate my needs and that he made follow-up phone calls, one of the biggest problems I usually find with most service providers.

I could not ask for a better contractor to work with - Craig was very prompt, courteous and very thoughtful of my budget while making sure everything was done correctly to make my home comfortable and safe. He was here almost every day to check on the work and all workers were very efficient and hard working. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and no nails or other items were left in my yard. Craig even hauled off some brush I had taken down without extra charge. The work was completed faster than I ever thought possible and everything was done very well. I have already gotten many compliments on the roof and paint and my house is now one of the nicest looking in the neighborhood. I cannot say enough good things about Craig and Green Phoenix. I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else to work on my home.

They made some minor roof repairs. There were nine different areas that had to be resealed or re-nailed down. They also caulked and replaced shingles. The technician was very pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing.

Work was performed quickly and it seems that they did a good job.
