Description of Work: Purchased roofing sealing special thru Angie's List about two months ago and have hot been contacted since. I called Angie's list to complain and they gave me a phone number to contact the vendor with. When I called a got a very poor voice recording that I could not understand. Would like my money back on this deal.

Description of Work: Complete roof with new ventilation plus guttering. Part of the roof required some structural repair and two large areas required redecking. | |The owner, Craig Poindexter,is very knowledgable and detailed in the evaluation. He definitely knows what he is doing. Craig is a 'do it right' the first time person. The insulation of the new roof and guttering were done in a timely manner. Supervision of the work was good. It has been several months now and there have been no problems or follow up needed.

Description of Work: Roof and chimney repair. New seamless guttering all around. Craig made a plan to work on the roof Wednesday, chimney Thursday and guttering Friday. All the work was done as promised. Also, they cleaned up after themselves after each job. I would definitely use Green Phoenix again and recommend them to family and friends.

Description of Work: Like the landscaper "big deal" i bought from you, the big deal was a come on for the artisan so he can talk me into spending thousands. He reluctantly did about 20 minutes of work on my rain gutters and i guess he did a good job. I am not able to climb up on a ladder to inspect it.

Description of Work: I bought the big deal after buying a home where the inspectors told me to have the gutters evaluated for sloping issues, attachments of downspouts and crushed and debris -filled downspouts. Craig came out and basically said the system was not only in bad repair but not worth repairing. It had been hail damaged along with a long list of issues. The crew came out and replaced the whole system and it looks great!
