Doug was very professorial and did excellent job. Could not tell were the new siding was replace and painted.

When I first contacted Doug and to let him know what I needed done, it's almost as if he could read my mind. I walked into the master bedroom and pointed at the master bathroom, which was a gutted disaster. I said, and quot;Doug, looks like we need new everything, from the subfloor up to the exposed rafters. I'm looking for something decent. What can you do?and quot; He looked at me, looked at his notepad, grabbed his tape measure and went right to putting everything down on paper. He took several photos. He finished looking around, measuring and taking photos. A couple of days later, I received the comprehensive estimate via email and immediately had him start work. I can't say enough good things about Cole's Quality Construction. He knew what I was looking for without me even going into a lot of detail as he is very detail oriented himself, a professional who takes pride (as he and his crew should) in a job well done. I needed someone to take charge and get the job done. He delivered in spades. I have no hesitation in recommending Doug for any job, big or small, that you may have.

Doug Cole was very maticulous and the quality of work was superior. We made some changes midstream and he worked with us to our satisfaction.

Project started a few days later than originally planned to have been complete. Once started, the deconstruction was complete in a few hours. A day or so went by before work on the screen replacement was complete. Some of the screens were loose and wavy. Contractor indicated this was due to warped boards. One would have thought replacing the a warped board was part of the price, but apparently not. Final day of work involved tightening the loose screens and some touch up painting. The finished product is acceptable. One of the screens is still very loose and the door hardware is not exact, nor does it match the hardware of the house. Over all the contractor was pleasant to work with. The skill level was not as high as I expected, but the project was pretty easy.
