+ -1 moreNever received CD. Left message for Chris. Never received follow-up call. Week later, one month after service Chris said he found CD and would call when mailed. I quoted the information regarding satisfaction on his invoice and stated I was not satisfied. His response was cavalier stating he did not return the previous call because he could not find the item.
Description of Work: Home visit for computer. Took old computer to back up data and save pictures on CD.
