+ -1 moreServiceman was not polite but the work seemed adequate until we used it a bit. One lock hardly works with any keys made. When I called to complain, I was told to remove the lock and bring it to the storefront. I never made time for that - just suffered with a sticky lock. Now, a year and a half in, the front door knob is falling off. I don't care to use these folks again.
Description of Work: Changed and installed two locks and made some duplicate keys.

+ -1 moreI am not sophisticated enough to take the locks out and bring them to the shop, although they did give me that option. The cost of their service call was very reasonable, and the work itself was good, efficient, and fast. The total cost is excellent, considering they repaired deadbolts on both exterior doors!
Description of Work: They repaired the inside thumb tab on two exterior doors' deadbolt locks. The locks were ok, but the thumb tab inside had become dis-engaged.
