Sooner Carports

Description of Work: This was the second opportunity we gave this provider. He failed to complete the work as agreed and has not yet returned the unearned portion of the draw we advanced.

Description of Work: I had an extra large double carport placed. Chad was very helpful before the install. After the install, when it finally did rain, there was a chronic leak. It took MONTHS of leaving messages on his voicemail to get someone out to "fix" the leak. Finally, Chad started coming out himself- and he came out 2-3 different times...and still the leak persisted. I think it took a total of 9 months of calls from my husband and we weren't getting anywhere with him. I used my phone and he answered one night. I threatened him w/ legal action if it wasn't fixed ASAP. It was properly fixed a few days later by Chad...who apologized profusely for his lack of professionalism.

Description of Work: Placed plastic cover over existing front porch. We have not had much rain in Oklahoma the past two years but when it does rain there were three leaks in the porch cover. I called and Chad came out and repaired one of the leaks. He said the other two were due to a manufacure's problem. He sai he would contact them and return to repair them. He never returned or contacted us. I have made several calls and only get the answering service. Now when it rains the water puddles covers a good part of the porch. I reported this to the BBB of Oklahoma City. We have received no answer on any of this.
