Very professional, crew show on time got right to work, tree came down safety the crew cleaned as they went. very happy with their work would highly recommend.

Crew removed a large tree over the course of two days. They were all very professional and worked very quickly. Full insurance information was sent before the job began which gave me peace of mind. Cost matched the quote of another provider, so seemed fair. Would absolutely use this company again.

Communication with Salas Tree Service was as good as it gets—clear and complete. The crew was prompt, efficient, effective, and professional. Excellent clean-up. The price was mid-range of the quotes that we got; the work was top notch.

Very Well for the service contracted. Unfortunate mishap, likely due to the circle drive curve of my drive way: their dump truck caused a small amount of damage to my rain gutter & shingle overhang of my home. But they could not have been more concerned and expeditious in wanting to make sure the repairs were made. Monica the phone representative followed up numerous times throughout the repair process which was a joint effort on them and me. I would definitely recommend and hire this service provider again as they are licensed, bonded, insured, very timely, professional and courteous.

Monica (office) handled estimate appointment well. Joaquin (estimator and foreman on project) came at appointed time, carefully planned and estimated. Agreed upon cost and date/time. Arrived as scheduled with five men, two trucks, all necessary equipment. All men in uniform shirts and professional in work, attitude, appearance. Excellent work on trees and very accommodating about anything asked. They know their stuff! And I think they are reasonably priced given the amount of work required.

Trimmed all trees on our wooded lot. Seven men worked together and got the job done within a couple of hours. Trees were shaped appropriately and the workers picked up all debris from the yard, roof and gutters. Very pleasant and polite crew. Well done!

The man's name I dealt with mostly is Joaquin. This person is a con man. We negotiated service verbally and a generic invoice was created that lacked detail itemization. When we initially negotiated and agreed upon service needed and price for said service, we agreed that two trees would be trimmed (including removing all dead, separated limbs and removing any limbs over the roof of the house and over the street) and one removed with a stump grinding. When I returned home after the service was complete, I found one tree removed with a large pile of mulch left where the tree once stood, one tree was trimmed almost bare and the third tree only had branches removed that were over the roof of the house. I called Salas Tree Service and spoke with a kindly woman and I asked her if they were planning on returning to finish the third tree as it seemed they didn't do all work agreed upon on this tree. Joaquin calls me and says he would like to come visit me at my home so I can explain the issue. Immediately upon confrontation with Joaquin, be was very aggressive with me as if he was upset that I was disappointed with him and his work. He proceeded to claim that we never agreed on trimming limbs away from over the street and that he actually did the third tree for free. This is not true as it was written in the invoice," Trimming of 2 tree in front yard." The comparison of the trimming of the two trees is outstandingly different. Joaquin tried to tell me if I wanted him to trim this tree to what we initially agreed upon, I would have to pay him an additional $2000. This is pretty much the definition of exploitation. This initial invoice was already for $2400 for," Trimming of 2 tree in front yard." Joaquin then exclaims," If you don't want to pay me, then don't." I never once mentioned I didn't plan on paying the invoice. I even continued to tell him," I want to you pay, I just want you to perform the service we agreed upon." I told him I didn't want to argue with him anymore and that I didn't appreciate his hostility in front of me and my family. I told him if he would just please remove the large, dead, separated, barely hanging, limbs that could fall and possibly hit someone at any moment, then I would be satisfied enough to pay the invoice. This was the whole reason I hired a tree service company in the first place because my homeowners' insurance wouldn't allow this. Joaquin then stormed off and got into his truck and left. I got a call from the kindly woman from Salas and she told he Joaquin would return to remove the limbs I pointed out to him which he actually tried to knock down himself when he was still at my house with a rope. Two days after he returned and removed the branches I pointed out to him, a storm came through and knocked down several large, dead branches that were hanging that I must not have seen. I had to clean these branches up myself. At this point I feel as if I paid for service I did not receive and I am doing the work I paid someone to do. Also, I my neighbors have told me they were watching the crew work on my trees and one neighbors told me I have an eyewitness to them dropping a branch that was cut from the tree directly onto my roof that was approximately 1.5 feet in diameter and made a loud enough thud that it was heard across the street and two houses down. Also, another neighbor has provided me with video proof of them cutting and dropping 2-3 feet in diameter sections of the tree that was removed directly onto my lawn from about 20-30 feet up. This created large divots in my lawn. They also drove their crane truck into my yard to do this and that also created deep trails in my yard. This has made it difficult to mow and I now have to figure out how to level out my yard back. Also, one of their company vehicles was parked in my driveway and leaked oil and left an oil spot in my driveway. Therefore, not only did they take advantage of a verbal agreement and get more money out of me for less work, they also damaged my property, including my roof, my lawn, and my driveway.

Spectacular!! Yard looks twice as big and of course more open. Joaquin and crew did a great job cleaning up. I can't wait for some rain so the entire yard turns green, not just part of it. Great. They showed up a little early, were professionally equipped, took proper safety precautions, and worked fast. They picked up the debris and left our property clean.

Salas tree service had done a big limb cutting for me several years ago, so when the Thanksgiving ice storm hit I called them. My neighborhood with 50 year old trees sustained considerable damage but because of the preventative work they had done, my house did not. A limb did fall on an electric line and pulled the junction box off my house. The electricians could not repair it because there were some very high limbs hanging loosely and likely to come down on them. I called Salas Tree Service and they got out there at 4:30 even though it was a Saturday of a holiday weekend. They took care of the problem and cut the limbs to a manageable size and even so I could burn in my fireplace and were gone within 30 minutes. I have referred them to my neighbor and they were pleased with the work too. It is nice to know there are people you can count on!

I requested a quote and someone came out to give me a free estimate the next day after hours (I work until 5 pm so that was great). Within two days they had performed the service and had done an excellent job. They trimmed all the limbs we spoke about, picked up all the debris, and raked the yard when they finished. I would highly recommend salas tree service.

Salas Tree Service is an excellent company and I highly recommend them. I called the office and spoke with Monica who scheduled the free estimate on our 40 ft oak tree that had been damaged in the ice storm of 2015. Joaquin was prompt, polite and extremely knowledgeable. He spent time explaining what he would do as he said the tree was very healthy and could be saved. The quote we received was very reasonable. He and his team did an excellent job in removing the dead branches, trimming the branches that were hanging over our house and trimming extra branches that were growing every which way throughout the canopy of the tree.
