Fantastic Service!
Description of Work: Removed a large pine tree and trimmed another tree in the same day. I wanted to keep the pine cones so, they took them off and laid them in a neat pill in the yard for me. You would never have known they were there besides a missing tree!

Description of Work: They cleaned up our back yard after an ice storm devastated our elm tree. They had to come back twice because they didn't complete the job as contracted the first time. They also charged us $40 to use a credit card to pay for the job. They didn't tell us about this charge when we first asked about using a credit card.

Description of Work: They cancelled the first appointment saying they would need to call back and reschedule. They did not call back nor return any of my subsequent 2 calls that went directly to their answering machine. I wasn't impressed!!!!!

After a not so favorable experience with a Tree Service Big Deal I purchased, Angie's List hooked me up with Salas Tree Service. The estimate from Salas was very reasonable and I agreed to use them. Monica from Salas keep me informed throughout the process. They came out a few days later (based on my schedule) and did the job in three hours. They cleaned up the area so well that we could barely tell they were even there. I am very pleased with the service and the price (with a 5% discount for being an Angie's List member)!! I definitely will call them in the future... PS - Angie's List refunded my Big Deal cost without hassle
Description of Work: Removed three large limbs hanging over my house from my Cottonwood tree. They cleaned up the area so good that we could not tell they were there except for a small amount of sawdust.

They went above and beyond on punctuality. The responsiveness was great. Jaoquin was very professional and very easy to talk to.

Salas Tree Service came over on the day I called them give me an estimate. They arrived for the estimate when they said they would and quoted me a very reasonable rate. I scheduled a time for the next week for them to come by to do the job. They arrived on time for the job. They appeared to work diligently and were finished within 3 hours of arriving. Everything looks great. I would recommend them to family and friends and will give them a call when I need their services in the future.
Description of Work: Salas Tree Service removed a small tree along my fence line and trimmed a 40-50 foot tall sycamore tree that was hanging over my house and over power lines.

They were the BEST quote of 10 that we received. They arrived promptly with a crew of 4 guys. It took them less than 5 hours to completely take this tree out. They cleaned up after themselves, used a chipper on small pieces, left the smaller branches for us to use for firewood, They were polite, very competent. We would hire this team again!!!
Description of Work: Salas tree service came to take out the last remaining original tree on our property, a huge oak tree.

He was punctual both for the estimate and on the day they did the removal. Mr. Salas had the best bid of three companies and I was impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism. They were able to do the work within one week. He and his team arrived with their trucks the scheduled morning and worked fast and efficiently. They did all the work we had agreed upon and cleaned up the area extremely well. The stump grindings looked great. They could not grind the Bradford pear trunk because it was too close to utilities and we were okay with that. They had told us about it before they did the work. I would definitely recommend this company. They got down to business, did the work in a professional manner and were gone. There were some people working on underground electrical lines right in the same area and they were able to work around them with no problem. Another note: His wife, the office receptionist who takes the calls and arranges the estimates, was very pleasant to work with and very responsive to my requests.
Description of Work: Cut down and removed one huge Bradford pear tree and two medium mulberry trees close to fence. Ground stumps of the two mulberry trees.
