They were great and came out and did it the next week before I went home for my visit. They were very helpful. They found a shake roof underneath the roof and had to do more work. They were very efficient and helpful regarding the insurance.

Roof shingles were destroyed by a hail storm. They came out to give me an estimate 1 day after I called. The estimate was fair and reasonable. Within 2 weeks they showed up to do the work. The crew was professional and polite. They were very thourough and quick. The house is 2100 sq ft with a very steep roof. It took them only two days to finish. When the3y were finished the only evidence they had been here was the new shingles. GREAT JOB!!!

This was done very quickly and professionally. The very next year, another hail storm hit and totaled the roof again. They came out and replaced the roof once again. The cost is always what they bid. Prompt and quick. Only complaint is that they didn't clean up the nails and shingles in the yard as well as I would have liked. More shingle trash since taking off two layers but still should have made the extra effort to get as much of the nails and trash than they did.

I didn?t use their services to get the work done. They took the quote from the original insurance estimate which was like $34000. They were professional. The insurance company actually gives you the estimate. The first couple of roofing companies who had come out to my house for an estimate physically got up on the roof and gave me different estimates. The main reason why I didn?t choose Preferred Roofing is because they didn?t have the attention to detail in their estimate that I wanted. They came right out after I called them. I felt that their estimate was too high and so the estimator said that he would talk to his boss to see what he could do. Then they called me back and lowered it by $2200. They should have given me that number in the first place and that?s why I decided not to use their services. I don?t think that was the right thing for them to do.

They are very easy going and reliable. We have never had a problem with their work. They are very neat, and clean up after themselves when the job is completed. We would recommend their services to everyone. They are very fast and efficient and it is easy to approach them.
