I returned from a 3 day vacation to an air conditioning condenser that wouldn't turn on. I phoned Moonlight that night and they returned my call the next morning, before 8:30. I spoke with either Jimmy or David - not sure which - who explained that they had to attend a class and then would grab some lunch and phone me when they were 30 minutes way, which they did. I really appreciated this, because it allowed me to stay at work as long as possible. They met me at my house, listened to my explanation of what I'd done already (checked fuses, including the one in the thermostat, hosed down the filter, replaced the batteries in my thermostat, etc.). I really appreciated that they listened to me, because I'm single female homeowner, and sometimes that means I don't get listened to all that well. They tested the condenser itself and then checked the furnace/blower in the basement. They quickly located the problem, which was some kind of tripped switch. Then, without prompting, they explained to me what had happened and what the different codes on the inside of the furnace cover meant so that I could diagnose it myself next time. They then waited to ensure that the condenser really did come on after the repair. They chatted for a bit and were off, all in well under an hour. One of them even helped me cram an old cardboard box into my trash bin so that I wouldn't get my work clothes dirty. They were personable, fast & professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
