Description of Work: Pat as always is very knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He pays very close attention to detail, is always prompt, and his prices are very fair. Cost of repair for AC seems high, however, freon is now $100.00 a pound - the ac required 3 pounds in addition to other repairs. Only heating and ac specialist I hope to use.

+ -1 moreThey are good. They call and inform me that there are going to be at my place the next day and they are. They come out during times of emergency for no extra charge. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Custom – Aire Heating & Air Conditioning to maintain my system during the spring and fall. I last used them for Freon. They have taken care of my system for the past fifteen years.
