Had hail damage... called a few roofing companies to get quotes... and get a feel for what kind of people I'd be dealing with. Mark, was easy to work with and a straight shooter. Went smoothly. Then... after a little hiccup with the insurance company... totally the insurance company's fault... Mark helped me get it straightened out. Good service, before and after the sale.

I absolutely love Covenant Roofing and I will refer them to all. To piggyback off the other reviews, the name says it all, they are faith-based, and they care about the needs of their customers. Mr. Mark and his crew went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were happy and satisfied. Everyone was friendly and yet professional. Not to mention they were on time, got the job done in ample time, and took their time to make sure everything was cleaned properly when they finished the job. I will definitely use Covenant Roofing for all of our roofing needs. Thank you Mr. Mark and your crew for taking care of my family, consider us lifetime customers!!!

I interviewed 3 Angi Roofing companies. But chose Covenant Roofing because they were the most helpful and kind. This was only a repair job and probably more of a hassle than it was worth for most roofing companies. But Covenant Roofing was willing to take the job. And they did it at a very reasonable cost. Because I live 200 miles away, they were willing to inspect the roof and forward pictures so I could see for myself what was damaged. After they did the work, they forwarded more pictures of the comlpeted project. My husband, who is a retired home builder, looked at the pictures and said he was impressed with the work done. Thanks to Mark and Juan for helping me get these repairs accomplished.

I would recommend this company to everyone. Mark Brown is easy to work with and goes above and beyond to be helpful. The guys that done the roofing were all very polite and friendly.

They are always honest and do good work. If they know of a way for you to save money, they will let you know. The owner referred me someone else who could fix my gutter faster. You can tell transactional courtesy versus genuine care for the people they work with, they have the latter.

Contractor arrived punctually and did thorough inspection of roof. He was able to repair the missing shingles in timely manner. Would definitely use Mark Brown with Covenant Roofing again for any roofing, gutters, or re-deck needs.

Mark came out today to give us an estimate on gutter clean out and what it would take to fix them in certain areas. He was very professional, great customer service, and trustworthy. The only reason services haven’t been provided yet is because he urged us to reach out on our roofs warranty first as they should be the ones to correct. We will definitely be giving Mark a call for any future roofing needs. Highly recommended!

Could not be happier with Covenant Roofing. Our roof was damaged in a storm last night and they have already come out AND repaired it by noon today, and they even took a look at our next door neighbors roof upon request just to check for storm damage. They're fair, punctual, professional, and highly responsive. They will definitely be our first call the next time we need help with our roof.

I called him and he went out to check it. He told me that my roof was good that it did not need to be replaced. He was honest with me and did not try to do it since it didn't need it.

At first there was a miscommunication on my phone number. Once clarified, they were very prompt. Work was very professional. There was no adverse indication the work had been completed (no debris or trash left, no scuff marks on the roof). Overall, very good service.

Very well and done in a timely manner. Mark’s quote took me by surprise because he was $2000 cheaper than my first estimate and $1300 cheaper than the second estimate. The shingles were superior quality. I would highly recommend his company to everyone.

Mark, Shaun & Stephen always responded in an extremely timely manner w/all many questions. I appreciated their honestly! The work was done promptly w/great clean up. I esp appreciated the phone calls from Mark letting me know when & what x the workers were coming, verifying w/me if that was okay & touching base w/me after the work was done to see if I had any further questions or concerns. Mark was very responsive and pleasant to work with. He came out and inspected my roof for a minor leak. Mark climbed up on my roof and did a thorough inspection, and also crawled up in the attic and inspected from the inside as well. Rather than bill me for minor repairs that I could complete myself as a competent DIY'er, Mark provided me with detailed directions on how to resolve the leak myself and save a lot of money. You really have to appreciate honest professionals who value the customer's interest and hard-earned money. I won't hesitate to call Covenant Roofing again for any future needs.

Called them in the AM for roofing vent replacement. They sent out Juan that same afternoon . He was very courteous and professional. He did a very nice job and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future for all my roofing needs.

So covenant roofing called me after I put in a request for quotes from local businesses. They were able to come out that Friday May 29th. The guy that looked at my roof and said that he would try to get me a quote by this weekend but it would be no later than Monday June 1st. I waited and waited and I got no response back, so I decided to call them on Friday June 5th and find out what’s going on. Well it seems they just totally forgot about me and they told me that they would work on it and have me a quote by that evening June 5th. Well I still haven’t heard anything. I guess these people don’t need the business and I will definitely not recommend them because they will not get back with you to at least keep you updated on what’s going on.
