We recently needed a roof repair and found Mark Brown and Covenant Roofing on Angie's List. Mr. Brown responded the same day and came out that same day to check the roof. He took pictures to show us where he thought the problem was and he came back 2 days later and fixed the problem. Once again, he showed us pictures so we could see exactly what he did. He was very friendly and professional and we will certainly use him again if we need a roofer.. We will also recommend him to any of our friends who might be in need of a roofer.

Came out that day and repaired problem.

Mark Brown was professional, helpful, and a pleasure with which to work. His team arrived as scheduled and completed their work the same day. I stopped by on the afternoon of the "workday." Things on the ground were a bit of a mess (pieces of old shingles, bits of packaging, etc). This was expected, but I wondered how things would look after they left. The answer is, you could not tell they had been there (except for a beautifully matched roof). Thanks, Mark. Thank you, Covenant Roofing.

Mark has always been very professional, courteous and most importantly honest with me. When I was researching which company I wanted to use to put my new roof on, I told Mark which other companies I was looking into. Before he left he told me that I would be safe using one of the other companies and that they do good work. That impressed me! After choosing Covenant Roofing, he set down with me and explained everything that was going to happen and what to expect. He never pushed me into making any decision but instead gave me good solid advice that matched what I wanted and needed. Payment didn't have to be made until after the work was completed-which only took one day. When I need another roof I will definitely give Covenant Roofing a call! Thanks Mark!

The roofers arrived at 8 a.m. sharp both days and worked until 7:30 p.m. Except for the noise, I wouldn't have known they were here. They never bothered me for anything and they worked non-stop except for their lunch break. They cleaned up the mess and I have yet to find a nail or anything else to suggest they were here. I highly recommend this company and will do business with them in the future.

Wonderful company with wonderful service! There is never a good time to discover a roof leak, but I can honestly say that Mark made the repair process as pleasant as it could possibly be. I appreciate how quickly he came to look at the roof and repair the leaks around the vents. There have been 2 recent heavy rains and everything is water tight! At the time of this writing, Mark has been on Angie’s List for 8 months. Please do not let the time he’s been active on the List stop you from calling him. You will not be disappointed. I wholeheartedly recommend Covenant Roofing, and will not hesitate to call again for future repairs. Thank you.

It went wonderful!! His crew showed up on May 4th and had the whole roof done in 1 day!! He even had another guy come out to do the flat part of our roof the very next day. I will highly recommend him to anyone needing work done!!

The helper fixed the shingles and didn't charge us for the call even though the warranty was expired. When I need a new roof I will call Mark.

Mark at Covenant Roofing took my call, asked a few questions and set an appointment time. He arrived on time with complimentary cookies! He explained everything very well and provided a competitive quote. After telling him our insurance woes, he suggested we call State Farm. He said they would give us a discount for using a class IV shingle. In our discussion with State Farm, we discovered that they would supply replacement coverage for our current roof for much less than our old company with only actual cash value. So, we did not get a new roof, but we did find a better insurance company thanks to Mark! When I called him to tell him we wouldn't be using his services, he was very gracious.

Great. Mark Brown was punctual, very professional and showed up with cookies (yummy). He addressed all of our issues and then some. He added caulk to certain areas; advised us to watch them and call if leaks start up again. He even spray painted the new vents on our roof too! Mark went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely call Covenant Roofing back for our roofing needs.

Mark was incredibly helpful when I called him. Even though he wasn't able to certify my roof for me, he gave me a couple of helpful tips and options to try and get that documentation for my insurance company. I would absolutely recommend this company and will definitely use them whenever I have roofing needs in the future.

Mark came the same day that I called him for an estimate. He was very responsive and helpful. His repairman came the next day and the repair looks fantastic!

I had some issues with contacting the company for the initial work. Once we worked out scheduling on January 27th the company did come out to do the work as well as pointed out additional concerns regarding my roof. I am satisfied with the results. The company was very apologetic for missing my initial appointment and they were very professional.
