Bethany plumbing is professional, prompt, and courteous. They fixed a slab leak for me, and while they were here they fixed some other issues under my sink. The repair was faster and less expensive than I expected.

They are fine. I have used them before and I am using them again. It was expensive work and I don't remember the price. I don't have any complaints about them. They came when I called. They fixed it and I didn't compare their price but I don't think I was over charged. The quality was good.

First of all, I made several calls to other plumbers. Billy English has the highest service call rate among the other 4 I called. The plumber that corrected the problem only charged me $50 to come out re-position the thermo coupling. He was here at my house over 30 minutes, while Billy English was here and gone in 15/20 minutes. I would not recommend this plumber. The most irritating thing about this was being without hot water on a weekend and the guy doesn't have the courtesy to return any calls. Then when he does call back, "what's the problem". Obviously he didn't listen nor hear any of the 3 messages left for him. No, this is not customer service.
Description of Work: Billy came out and installed a new thermo coupling with the assumption that would solve my problem. If that didn't, it was probably the control switch. Parts for the water heater were under warranty from Locke Plumbing Supply here in Oklahoma City. All of this happened on Friday, March 2, 2007 around 10:00 a.m. I paid the bill of $95 for his service call and felt it was working satisfactorily. That same day, but in the evening, I began my laundry and no was no hot water. Being late on Friday night, I waited until the following morning, Saturday. Called and left a message at his office phone around 8:20 or so. Then I called Locke Plumbing and got his cell number. Called it shortly after 9:00. Left message and re-told him of my problems. Around 1:30 pm called again his cell and left message. At 11:38 on Monday, March 5, 2007, "I just got your message. What's wrong? give me a call back." By that time, I had located another plumber.

We've been using Bethany Plumbing for 35 years. They had the faucets in stock so we didn't have to wait. The plumber was a nice friendly guy and he told us everything he was doing.
