I first met Bill and his son when we built our first house in NWOKC over 10 years ago. He was the plumber hired by our builder. They did a great job of explaining and educating us on what they were doing and why. Throughout the years, on the rare occasion I needed something I've called Bill. When our next house in Edmond had two exterior faucets burst within 10 days of one another - we called them even though we hadn't spoken to them in years. (We never had one issue with the plumbing in our first house.) Once again - they explained what they were doing, why and what the previous plumber had put in the cheapest part possible (Thanks for nothing Taber Homes). We recently moved into a historical home and had all the plumbing in the main bathroom updated as well as a toilet replaced in the powder room. We were on a tight deadline and Bill and his son made sure it was done right and chased down any issues that might have caused problems in the future. He believes in doing it right - the first time. We ended up making a change in the bathroom so that cost us a bit more but I know 100% the job was done right. We'll see him again soon to finish installing the bathroom fixtures.

My husband discovered water that seemed to be seeping up from around the edges of the electric (glass) range top. When he opened the cabinet below, the water gushed out. When he tried to cut the water off at the kitchen valve, the valve just spun. When he tried to cut the water off at the whole house indoor cut off, that valve just spun then froze. He had to turn off all the water to the house from the outside main. Of course, this was in the afternoon evening. We called the people we usually use, and they couldn't come out, so we called a friend who said and quot;her guyand quot; was very dependable. It was Bartlebaugh Plumbing, and they came within the hour. After several hours of contortionist work under two sinks (bathroom and kitchen), behind a refrigerator, and under the range we had two new valves, and a new water line to our refrigerator. They even cleaned up the mess. They were pleasant and efficient throughout the whole ordeal. Their rates were unexpectedly reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else, or use them again myself. They have now become and quot;my guy.and quot;

I called and left a message and Bill called me back and came over later in the afternoon Bill and his son took out a kitchen faucet and put in one that I wanted. The work was done within an hour and a half. I really liked the work they did. It was professionally and quickly.

He was nice. He had done some work for me before at a reasonable price. When he started out, he was by himself but he included his son in the business. His son is rather arrogant. He does not do anything and he does not have a good attitude. Their prices used to be lower than anyone else. This time they were higher. They came and did some work on the bathtub. They had to change the water flow and that took some time. It started leaking within a month. Bartlebaugh had told me that the next visit would cost more. So I called another plumber. He replaced a little part and it was not expensive. Further, he explained everything to me.

We have used Bartlebaugh for several jobs. They are honest and truthful. That is very important to me, not trying to sham me and give me what I do not need. It is a family run company that I have referred to others who are also happy with the service.

Bartlebaugh Plumbing was referred to me by a friend. They did a great job overall. Everything is fixed and working properly. I would also refer them and use them again.
