+ -1 moreTwo service people showed up shortly after lunch and identified the problem as a frozen condensate drain line. They offered advice on how to prevent the line from freezing in the future. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. While they were on site, I also had them consult on a whole-house humidifier, which they gave honest opinions about.
Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working during a night when it was well below freezing outside. I was unable to easily identify the problem by inspecting the unit myself. I called Watters shortly after they opened, and they put me on the schedule for the same day.

Description of Work: They didn't review the entire job. Within 5 mins told me I needed an entire new furnace and A/C unit. Only interested in the money! Beware!

Description of Work: The owner fixed my unit when no other company I had previously called could. My unit is electronic and for some reason, when the outside temperature dropped below freezing, the unit would stop working. If I remember correctly, it was a bad relay switch. He also had to do some rewiring, and he fixed it. He took the time to sort out the problem and he got it done quickly and efficiently. It has been about six years since he fixed my unit and I have not had any problems since he came out and fixed the problem. I will ALWAYS use Watters Heat & Air, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

+ -1 moreWe have used Watters several times. Every time we call they are quick to respond and willing to discuss whatever is wrong with my heater/ac. We have an older system and have never had bad service from Watters. They are great to work with, reasonable in price and I will definitely call them again when necessary.
Description of Work: This time he checked my vents for leaks, checked the Freon in my AC, changed the filters and did an overall maintenance check.

Three of our friends have purchased new units from Watters and have been very pleased with the service.We have used them for over 20 years and have found them to be very honest and reliable. They are prompt when called and if you have an emergency they will do their best to reach you as soon as possible.
Description of Work: We bought our heat/air unit from this Co. They check and service this unit as needed each season change. We use them and highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new unit or service to their existing one.
