They wont even come out and look at the issue the new ladder they gave me created. They would never come out after the pool was installed and should have checked the ladder you could see it was improperly put together. Now the liner is ruined and they want 700 for a new liner and 2000 to put it in. Wow is all I can say.
Description of Work: They installed an above ground incorrectly for almost 3 and half years we have told them the ladd er was not correct. It was creating holes they refused to come look at it or fix the ladder. Now the liner is ruined due the issue and they want 2700 to repair. I would ot recommend anyone purchase any product from them. When I told Jeff the owner how unhappy I was with the pool he simply said then dont repair it. I will never purchase any product from them and would recommend you shop else where. Poor qulaity installations and makes for a very leaky poor pool.

Since they are the only company in town I have nothing to compare them to. I will say that all the employees are very nice and helpful. I don't always get service when I call, but then if they are the only company then all the customers are in the same boat. I do wonder tho why it costs so much for the service. To open or close the pool is 30 min..maybe 45" the cost is $150 and up. Somehow I think that's because again, they are the only company and can charge what they want. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service, I just think its overpriced
Description of Work: They came out to open my pool for the season. I have them do it every year, and also winterized it every year
