+ -1 moreThe fence was installed and stained like they said they would do. I just didn't see where they had cut corners until I got on the back side of the fence. He said if I had any trouble with the fence he would come and fix it. He also said he would come back and fix the latch on the gate so it could be unlatched from the inside. That never happened. I guess I trusted them too much.
Description of Work: We had approximately 300' of fur privacy fence installed. They did finish the fence. 3 months later I noticed some of the posts were leaning. What made me notice the posts leaning, was when I went on the other side of the fence to see why a portion of my fence had dropped. One of the panels that was hung was falling down. The panel was hanging in mid air on one side with only two 1 foot pieces of 2X4 holding it up. I got to looking at the rest of the fence and it looked sloppy on the back side. My step son and I have been reworking it Just on one length of fence on the east side we had to replace 5 of the 8 posts that were not cemented in properly and too shallow. I requested they be in the ground 2ft. Most were 1.5 or less. I called Rocky to come out and look at it. The first time I called him I just told him about where the fence had fallen and not about the rest. He said he would come out the next night and look at it. He never called or showed up. I have not talked to him since. I kept calling and leaving messages and he never returned my calls. As they say, you get what you pay for. In this case I didn't even get that plus a lot of rework.
