Description of Work: I had a light put in my hallway. He also checked all the lines, because I was having trouble with the lights blinking.

Description of Work: I needed a plug put in, and a light at one end of my hall.

Description of Work: I was in need of an electrician to locate the problem and reason for a circuit breaker tripping repeatedly. We had had some tile work done and I thought, since the problem occurred at the same time as the tile work, that maybe the tile layer had overloaded a circuit. In looking online for an electrician here in Bartlesville I came across Angie's List and decided to use one of their A rated electricians. Big mistake. (Sorry Angie, but your recommendations "ain't that good") I subsequently mentioned to the tile layer that I had asked Riverside to look at the problem and he said, "Oh, that's who I would have recommended. We work together all the time." I figured I was in trouble already, but since Angie's List gave Riverside an A rating I thought I would still get honest service and that the problem would be solved. |Now, I don't believe that Riverside was dishonest in anything that they did, and I don't mean to imply that. However, they did not do that much. They took a cursory look around, looked at the breaker panel, and then told me that, since no breakers were tripping at the time, there was not much they could do. Then they left. I just don't feel that they were looking very hard for a problem. I later got a bill for $100, which was the agreed price for a service call, but I had expected some kind of service for that price. |The next day I called Fox Electric, out of Tulsa, and when they came out they located the problem in about 15 minutes and then proceeded to inspect each of the switches and outlets on that circuit for signs of damage. They also changed out the breaker, even though it was not suspect, at no additional cost to the service call charge. |Turned out that the tile layer had nothing to do with the problem, by the way. |

Description of Work: Very good workmanship. Good response when an item they installed failed. Repaired immediately.

Description of Work: They replaced old fuse box with breaker box. They gave me plenty of room to add more if needed at my request. My old house had a lot of faulty wiring so that was replace and now I can safely use appliances without worry that the house will burn down. They fixed issues I knew about and also a few that I didn't know about. They also added outlets and switches that I asked for. They put a new bathroom light in and a ceiling fan and also hooked up a garbage disposal. I'm extremely happy with all the work they did and will use them again in the not too distant future.

Description of Work: Mitch was very responsive. He was over to help install a junction box in my kitchen. He knew exactly what to do and it took very little time. He even helped me wire and install my new cooktop.
