+ -1 morePeper Fence has completed 2 jobs for us. First one was to put up fence in front on both sides of house with gates. Fence looks great and all their gates have handles so it is easier to open and close gate. Used steel posts. They were timely and professional. Great staff and owner and a pleasure to work with. Forgot cost as it was couple years ago. They recently replaced a fence than had fallen at back of house on top of hill. Fence was on a concrete footing between 2 brick pillars. Use steel posts. Pleased with work they do. The owner, Jeff, has been great in all our dealings. Cost $1600
Description of Work: Installed new fence in front on both sides of house with 2 gates. Replaced fence that had fallen which was located in back yard on top of hill.

I only gave them a B in punctuality Because I never knew when they were coming to do work, overall, they were on the job for about 10 days Off and on. But they did complete the work. We love the look, the quality and the warranty.

+ -1 moreOnce the crew began work, they worked until the project was complete. The bill was paid in full and promptly. Follow-up for warantee and repairs was very slow or totally non-responsive after weeks of waiting.
Description of Work: Although the installation appeared good at the time of completion, subsequent phone calls for follow-up and warranty repairs were answered promptly but took forever for the crew to actually show up to do the work. After one year, many of the posts were twisted and the line of the fencing was very wavy. Some of the posts appear to be installed in holes that were too shallow. Follow-up calls for inspection of the current condition have recieved no response.
