+ -1 moreI paid Mike Cole Landscaping to remove a stump, level my yard (dirt work) and install grass. I paid him $800 to do the yard leveling but after the first rain the water was pooling around my house. I had a surveyer look at my yard and he said there should have been a 3 1/2" decline to the end of my yard. Instead, MIke Cole installed a 2" incline. I told MIke Cole about this and he said he will come look at it but he never shows. Terible, terible work.
